Impossible to use it so I decided to cancel. However, when you think you found a way to cancel your subscription it’s not working so they continue taking your money from credit card. After a while I thought I had found a solution chatting with their customer service who offered to refund the money and assure me my account was definitely cancelled. Once again it was not true, they did refund the money but 2 months later they withdraw again the money on credit card. And this time the bot (yes you are not chatting with a real person but with a AI machine) says the refund is not possible. I ended up calling my bank to cancel my credit card, that was the only way to prevent any future new unwanted withdrawals. Impossible to trust this application and the company behind it.

Used to test and then cancelled free trial. They have charged me 3months now. I have screenshots of the cancellations but still charged and there is no help to make sure it’s cancelled. Pure scam

This is pure fraud. Even though they confirm that you have canceled and will not pay, the money is still taken from your account. If you forward this, they will continue to insist that it is only a reservation on your account. 1) It shouldn't be there in the first place, and 2) if it has been taken and you have proof of payment, then it is not a reservation. If you mention the police and a lawyer, they will offer a refund within 5 to 10 working days, even though they have already stolen it from your account in the first place.

Backing all the other comments and reviews. Speculative and cynical methods being used with one goal - scam as many people as possible before they get shut down. I cancelled my subscription after for days and before seven. But it seems they started to separate trials claiming I only cancelled one of them. Why and how could I start two? They also claim that no records of the payments I speak of can be found. Even though my e-mail is full of documentation as well as my bank details. Hope the people behind end up with jail time eventually.

Total scam. My card was charged fraudulently. This is not even an app I downloaded.

I cancelled my free subscription in time. I now find out that there was ANOTHER secret subscription that I also should have cancelled. They have now withdrawn $39.95 from me. It is a scam! And for a really bad app!

The support mailadress bounce, when I write them and the link to “contact support” does not work. I do not know how to contact them to end the subscription AND for them to give me a refund for the scam!!

I accedentally subsribed twice. When contacting their customer service, they immediately corrected my mistake, cancelled the subscription and refunded the full amount. I’d say that is quite the great service!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Please do not sign up to any free trials with this app. The app is useless and they will charge you after you’ve cancelled any free trials. I wish I’d read the reviews online before signing up. Disgraceful company

It work super well at the beginning with the animations of old photos but stripes working :(
I cancelled and check this reviews and it's really important that you cancel the 2 subscriptions! There are 2! VIP and Basic - you have to cancel both

It's a scam, I canceled the subscription and they charged me 39.99, it turns out they created a fake email under my name to maintain an active subscription. Do not provide bank details to this app!

I had problems with the app. Then forgot to cancel try outs. They charge me 40 dollars, but they refound it asap when I contacted them. Really good

Keine Reaktion auf schriftliche Kündigung über die Email wie in legal terms angegeben. Geld wird trotz mehrfacher Kündigung innerhalb des Testzeitraums einfach eingezogen.

Klickt in der 1. erhaltenen Mail von dem Verein mit dem Betreff: Welcome to PixTuner auf die Schaltfläche "Open PixTuner" dann oben rechts auf das "Zahnrad", dann "Account", dann "manage subscriptions". Dort könnt ihr Eure Abos kündigen. Ob das am Ende sicher funktioniert ohne weitere Abbuchungen, kann ich noch nicht beurteilen.

Was am Anfang wie eine gewöhnliche Apple Abo aussieht, die man jeder Zeit kündigen kann, entpupt sich als Betrugsmasche. Angeblich 7 Tage kostenlose Probeabo ! 2x 19,99$ von der Kreditkarte (Apple Pay) abgebucht !

Most people get fooled when they don't realize that there are two subscriptions made with the free trial and they cancel only one. But I was disappointed with quality. The AI animations were very low quality gifs with little or no movement. Nothing like the ad. Avoid.

They offer 30 day free trial but charge even if you cancel the subscription with in a week.
