Having used several options we chose Planoly as our scheduling and social media posts.
I love the merchandise they create for my store, the ads that they run for me and the excellent customer service I received when I needed it! 5 stars all the way!
I absolutely love Planoly. It's so easy to use and intuitive. There is no better planner out there. When I run into issues, the support is absolutely awesome!

Planoly quietly charged me over $500 across 6 years with no renewal reminders, no usage reports, and no receipts.
When I finally realized I was still being billed and logged in, I found that "Auto-send receipts" was disabled. I NEVER opted out of that- why would someone opt out of receipts??! The default should be transparency, not silence.
When I asked for a login history to prove lack of use, they said they “don’t have access to that.” But they’ll happily keep billing you every year. They refunded just the latest $84 and refused to acknowledge the rest.
This is deceptive, predatory billing- especially for a platform marketed to small business owners and creatives. Check your bank statements. Check your settings. You may be paying for a tool you haven’t used in years, and didn’t even know was still active, because they opted you OUT of renewal notifications and receipts WITHOUT your consent.
Let's not even start with the search function on their 'help' articles. Surely if I type in a search terms articles relating to that term should appear - nope.
Then to top it off their customer service contact form submit button does not work.
Random errors appear with suggestions on how to fix, but the suggestions are not accurate (ie crop this - no cropping tool is available).
As a small business owner this tool is meant to save me time. I've now spent 3 hours trying to schedule a post. So frustrating.
Maybe they will reply here. Grr

NO SUPPORT STAFF AT ALL!
I used Apply Pay to arrange my subscription but when I logged into my account it said I needed to update my credit card. I contact customer service and it two days to get any kind of response, it got to a week and a half after my first contact that I just put my credit card in and paid again because I needed it for work. They told me I had a credit for the amount of one month of my plan, so when I went to put my card in it said I had a zero balance due but when I confirmed my card was still charged!
For all the money this company has, there customer service is absolutely useless!

For two years running they have charged me for renewal even though I don’t use the account. Don’t have social media any more and lost my business associated with the account after Covid. Have tried to contact but support form refuses to send and can’t contact within the old account as I no longer use social media. There’s no email address to contact them available online. Companies like planoly shouldn’t renew without authorisation. BEWARE!!!
Planoly is just a mess. I wish I never found them and gave them my money.
It’s a total scam. I’ve been with them for 3 weeks and I haven’t been able to post anything!
I uploaded my content (200+ reels) and captioned each one of them, then half of it just disappeared. All that work for nothing. They keep saying they’re looking into it but won't give me a time frame. I also haven’t been able to even link my insta account because they are having “problems” with Meta. Despite all this, I have tried to plan out some of my posts on the calendar, but eachtime I hit the schedule button, the reel disappears from the calendar so I have no idea what my feed looks like.
I have requested a refund now on 4 separate occasions, but they are ignoring me. My workload is now 3 weeks behind and I’ve lost precious time and money with these guys.
DO NOT sign up with them.
Have just cancelled my Planoly account with 5 months left to run - and paid for.
But once again it’s not working and I am beyond fed up with ‘fixing links’ and all the other glitches.
Was furious to be offered 30% off on a new subscription when I went to cancel my account - when I’m now out of pocket by around $200 - because the platform doesn’t do its job.

So so fed up with planoly. Once again auto posting is not working. It's the main reason for having planoly! And the support seems non existent. Would love to speak to someone at planoly who can help, If not we'll have to cancel

Customer service (McKenzie) and app reliability are terrible. I have had problems posting video stories since the beginning of using the app. I schedule them but they never appear. Messages to customer service lead to nothing. Either they don't answer, or they make you try endlessly, or they keep asking the same questions.
Meanwhile, I don't use the app anymore either because it's completely unreliable. A refund of the annual subscription is all I want. I'm not paying for something that doesn't work.
