Planoly has been nothing but a nightmare. The customer support has been terrible. You book meetings and the customer rep never shows up.
I have been on this for almost a year. Paid for the yearly subscription and since then, I’ve not been able to post from the account. Infact you schedule posts repeatedly and nothing works. The service is awful. No empathy and no one willing to help. They keep sending emails that offer no help. The customer Rep McKenzie C has been very unhelpful.
Please refund my money if you can’t provide decent services.

So frustrating!!. For more than 2 weeks I have not been able to post on instagram, TikTok and Youtube from Planoly. It has taken so long time for Planoly to really find out what was wrong. I have spend so much time and 288 us for nothing!! I still does not work. I want my money back!!
I had posting issue since I paid for the annual plan in Nov 2023. My scheduled posts were never been posted. I reached out to the customer service team - 2 months later, after I chased 6 times, the issues still not solved.
Don't waste of your time and money like I did. I will never use planoly again.

As a social media manager for multiple brands, I can confidently say Planoly has become one of worst scheduling tools I’ve ever used. When I joined 2 years ago, this was a functioning tool, but their features consistently failed to work at an increasing rate. I am patient with teething issues, but their customer service actually chose to ignore our team for months at a time and caused severe issues with our social strategy on multiple occasions.

It hasnt worked at all since I purchased it. I have emailed at least 35X. Occasionally someone will email back and when I respond there is no response back. I contacted the BBB and they reached out and Planoly has not contacted them, either. STAY AWAY - you will lose your money.
i used planoly in the past and it was great but since subscribing a few months ago it has never worked . i wasted so much time trying to figure and have asked for a refund on the second month because it didn’t work on the first - I payed the full year and now i’m stuck with this planner
Planoly have been billing me since August 2020 when I canceled my membership.
I understand when faults sneak through the system since it’s a bigger company. BUT… I’ve been in contact with them since 13November and since the 17th of November they went silent. On the 21st I received a default message to say that my ticket will close within 48 hours if they haven’t heard from me to which I have also replied to but absolute silence….
AT LEAST HAVE THE DECENCY TO REPLY TO MY EMAILS….
I don’t like going to other platforms but if they have done this to me then surely they have done it to others. Utterly poor customer service and and on-top of that fraudulent activity since I canceled my account with them and still they deduct monthly payments still.

Planoly doesn't always work, there are at least 3 to 4 times a month that posts are not posting according to schedule, it gets stuck somehow, and by the time I realized, its been 3 days without posting. And yes, posts are completely fine, it meets all requirements.
For stories, same case.
Planoly does not give you anything extra, just a preliminary look of your feed.
For this, I can schedule posts on Meta Business Suite, and is free.

I found that Planoly didn’t work for our needs, it was lacking a number of features that would make it worth the price such as effective tagging and things like that. Nevertheless I contacted Planoly to ask for a refund. While initially my experience with customer service was less than ideal and they initially refused my refund for the reason of “well you’ve paid it all upfront and we gave you a trial period”. However, after some persistence they have actually issued the refund so fair play to them.
My recommendation, if you think you can find a place for them in your business/workflow give them a go. Maybe use the free trial more than I did 🤣 and just make sure you know all the features you use frequently in each social media platform to make sure they are there in Planoly.

Habe schon 3 Mal geschrieben und es kommt einfach NICHTS. Ich drehe fast durch. Ich brauche diesen Service nicht und habe alles gekündigt und sogar meinen Account gelöscht. Und dennoch. Ich habe mein Geld zurückverlangt und dass alles sofort aufgelöst wird. Doch der Support schreibt nicht zurück.
Was charged $600 AUD for a subscription I haven't accessed for over a year. I was given no prior warning, no confirmation of payment or anything else. I have reached out and explained that I am currently on maternity leave so I didn't have time to see this straight away until I was going through my bank statements a week later. I have reached out with nil response. This is terrible for another business to do this, especially in this time when the cost was over $600. I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT YOU TOOK WITHOUT TELLING ME.
I signed up for the free trial, expecting it to be 14 days like all other tools out there. I never intended to sign up to the paid version as after trying out the app I realised it isn't suited for my current needs. So when Planoly charged my card for the full yearly subscribtion only 7 days later, I emailed the customer support immediately to let them know of my mistake. They only offered that I cancel my account so that I don't get charged $135 again a year from now! Basically they don't offer a refund, but to try the tool for free they force you into giving away your card number. Sorry but not showing leniency is just terrible customer service that (just like the 7 days trial) is NOT on par with other tools out there. Any other app you can recall the subscription a few days after payment when subscribing through Apple. I wonder why they need my money so badly, when I clearly got so little use out of their app?
Unethical business practices.
Signed onto Planoly after two years of dormant use and was unexpectedly charged as I went to cancel the subscription. When I approached customer service about the billing issues, they were unwilling to come to any compromise, even after it was clear there was no use. I have no idea how my credit card was even still on file as I had received a new CC number in the meantime. Very disappointed with this company.
I've subscribed to Planoly since 2018 and have highly recommended the platform to many people. Unfortunately, the product has plummeted in quality, especially over the past 6 months or so.
I've experienced endless glitches with the product--scheduled auto-posts will not go out at all, or they'll go to Instagram but not cross-post to Facebook. Sometimes I'll even get a "Planoly is having trouble scheduling and managing posts" -- which is the entire function of the product! Any time I've contacted customer service, they've been entirely unhelpful. Last month when I contacted them, they told me the error was my fault when in reality, something changed on the back end and they did not notify users to double check their settings to ensure things kept working as they should. After gaslighting me, they offered me a 10% credit... toward my renewal in February 2024. Awfully presumptuous of them!
Finally, I decided it was high time to cancel. At that time, I learned that they do not offer refunds. I've never heard of a company simply not offering refunds! I was told that this is outlined in the terms of service that I signed. It is 100% on me for not reading the terms of service... but we all know no one reads the terms of service. I believe it's a shady business practice to sneakily hide something this major in the terms of service that we all know no one will read.
The customer service rep told me the only way to get a refund is to cancel your plan before you are charged for it. By definition, that's not a refund. I was simply requesting a pro-rated refund because the product does not work as promised. The customer service rep was pretty rude and un-empathetic to me. I was told I'd be referred to the billing team, but they ghosted me. I just want my money back for the next 9.5 months that I will not be using because the product does not work.
I'd encourage folks to look elsewhere for a social media scheduling tool, since this one 1) does not work 2) offers poor customer service and 3) does not offer refunds.

I accidentally created an account with a wrong email address and wanted to delete it and recreate a new one. When you're about to delete the account they have a pop up asking if you would like to stay for a 50% discount on the yearly. I did not see this and thought it was just an approval request to delete the account so I went ahead with it. It charged me the 50% straight away without letting me continue the weekly trial. I contacted support immediately and they replied after 24 hr (very slow). I have now not heard from them since the 16th of March (today is the 24th) when they said they would put me in contact with the billing team. I have requested a refund and have not seen one. Planoly is a complete scam.

INITIAL POST
Planoly no longer operates efficiently. It disconnects from IG and FB. Reconnection doesn't enable it to function. Support tries to help but takes time and again is not able to articulate how to resolve.
What a shame, this used to be such a great tool.
Suggest Planoly re-look at what is not working for its clients and clearly advises how to resolve situations to bring back trust.

Total scam. Impossible to cancel! Tried to cancel twice and received an email saying they have acknowledged my cancellation yet I’m still getting billed!
I signed up for a trial and canceled immediately since it did not include Facebook. I received a cancellation email and they still charged me $847. They will not respond to me about my refund. So wrong.
they refuse to cancel auto subscription even when you ask them to do so immediately!
