Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish!
What a fantastic service! I called Plastic Surgeon to see if they could repair some damage to my kitchen units. They came out to my house within a few days to repair the units and the finish is absolutely flawless. The technician that attended was lovely and a real professional. I’ll definitely call on your services again in the future!

Onerous terms in contract
I made it clear to Plastic Surgeon that I would be making a 200 mile round trip to keep the appointment at the point payment - yes you have to pay up front. Having already traveled 100 miles up to the property I was called on the day to say that the appointment would not go ahead. Plastic Surgeon charge customers £129 should the customer cancel on the day, yet should Plastic Surgeon themselves cancel they offer no compensation whatsoever and a very weak apology. Not so much as a goodwill gesture. Surely this disparity would be seen as an onerous clause in contract law. EDIT. The response below isn't the whole truth. Plastic Surgeon knew I was making a 200 mile round trip each time they failed to turn up. It took 3 attempts and 600 miles for the work to be completed. I have it on good authority that the broken down van mentioned is always breaking down yet they refuse to replace it. The final job is excellent and the finished a skilled and pleasant fellow, but I had a right fight to get anything more than an apology from them. Think I'll try Magic Man next time

Thank you for your feedback. Once again, our apologies for having to cancel your original appointment. Unfortunately our finisher's van had unexpected technical difficulties on the way to the property and he had to be towed to a local garage. As it was an extremely busy period. we weren't able to organise a different finisher to attend within a few hours. I'm pleased to say we were able to re-attend on an alternative day and complete the repairs for you.
I'd like to reiterate that we never take payment before we complete a job, we only ask for card details to secure the booking. The payment is only taken after you have signed off the work and are 100% happy. This is quite unique within our industry and we do this to ensure you have complete trust in the quality of our service.
My apologies once again for the inconvenience caused on this occasion, I hope you will try us again in the future.
Flawless Repair to Kitchen Cabinet Delamination
Plastic Surgeon Fine Finishers carried out a repair to a kitchen cabinet which showed signs of delamination. Their Fine Finisher, Ben, was highly trained/experienced and the work carried out exceeded my expectations. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and would highly recommend them.

I had a work top that needed some work
I had a work top that needed some work, so I completed their web form with the details of my enquiry, including photos. They suggest they will reply within 24 hours, but they didn't.
So I spent some time filling in their web enquiry form again, but still no reply some five days later.
They claim to be a nationwide company (UK), but to be honest dealing with enquiries is a basic requirement of any business claiming that kind of geographic.
