On time it was weeks

Don’t get caught like me. The scam played by this company was to post an advert (still live) for a known brand quality product and then send out a completely different cheap foreign product with dubious third party accreditation. You can eventually get a refund but they keep the substantial delivery charge.

Received a mixed delivery of building materials which included 3 packs of cavity slab insulation,all 3 packs were damaged on the ends and sides and had been retaped up, contacted them and was promissed partial refund but still waiting.
Having said that I could not fault them on my 3 previous deliveries.

I checked to see if they had BT ducting in stock. They confirmed that they had 9 in stock. I did a round trip of 50 miles only to discovered they could not find them

Very convenient and good value for money. Didn’t get quite the same sized timer as I ordered but wasn’t far out so didn’t bother complaining.

Great customer service and support, prompt delivery. Grest prices for oir Community build. A few issues with payment online, but resolved well with the team in office

This an amazing company they cover from a water pipe fitting, drainage to block paving and timber we’ve used them for many years and won’t use anyone else great support all around.

Fantastic service, great products at great prices

I have been using them for a few years now and never had any problems at all .
They are far cheaper than most
And always have good amounts of stock .
Have tried many merchants over the years they all start of ok then start to become unreliable and mess you around which has not been the case with nationwide.
Sales team are all friendly and helpful which is a bonus too.
