Following the received goods,A very good product at a reasonble cost and a good delivery service

Ordered boiler Monday, delivered Wednesday, contacted to let me know when delivery would be, did not have to wait in all day as I usually do for deliveries.

Excellent service and also the best value.

Tried at least 8 websites and still was the best value, and easiest website to navigate.

Thank you for a speedy delivery, my goods arrived on the day and between the hours you alocated.
Many thanks, and I would use your service again

Perfect transaction and the customer service was outstanding.

We bought a boiler and flue from the web site. The price was very competitive, the service was prompt and friendly and the goods arrived when we were told they would. I'd recommend and definitely use again.

I needed a part for a gas fire. I was told by Broitish Gas that iit was not available as the fire was an old fire. I rang plumbtraders who found the part on their system and I received it the day after I phoned. Well Done

Great prices, great service. They called as soon as we ordered and arranged delivery and were very helpful about everything. Would reconmend!

Excellent service for a replacement boiler fan. Plumbtraders was the cheapest online outlet (and 60% of the cost of local stores) and the delivery was next day (and reasonable cost) too. Excellent service!

I order a tap set on the Tuesday morning and it arrived in the post the next day. The prompt emails informed of when it would be delivered and they were spot on. Very happy with the service and will use Plumb Traders again.

Simples. Ordered some obtuse copper bends 2.00pm Thursday, then parts arrive by first post Friday. No problems. Thanks

i bought a boiler over the phone and found the service excellent.

Staff at office rang me to query an order, I had incorrectly specified an additional item. They were very helpful and corrected my error with a call to my mobile. excellent service.

Thanks for quick turnaround

This was my first experience of buying from Plumbtraders and I was very pleasantly surprised. Having placed my order online I realised I would not be able to get the goods delivered to another address from my billing address. No problem, a quick phone call to Plumbtraders and it was arranged for the goods to be available at a nearby suppliers the next day. At 9:30 the next morning I rang the suppliers who confirmed the goods had arrived and were ready for collection. First class !. Thank you to all concerned.

Ordered a new Boiler Monday morning by phone and the Boiler arrived by lunchtime the very next day.
Can't ask for better service, both the phone operator and deliveryd guy were helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Quick, efficient service, just order online for a great price, and collect with the minimum of fuss. No waiting, no delays, coz time is money guys. This is the way to do it.

The staff at the Lewisham depot refused to help me lift the heavy item into my car.

Order taken and confirmed, order delivery date emailed and delivery details confirmed product arrived perfect condition and price was lowest i could find online brilliant!

we haven't unpacked our radiators yet as we have other jobs to complete still before we fit them. however I found plumbtraders offered excellent customer service. The order had to come in two deliveries, the came as advised and the driver was very helpful placing the radiators in a safe place as I couldn't lift them.
