PlumbTraders Reviews

After being let down so many times in the past by unreliable plumbers and heating engineers, I approached Plumtraders with some trepidation. I shouldn't have, as they were efficient, friendly, helpful and very professional. The email follow-ups and delivery were all done efficiently and to time and so at no point was I anything other than impressed. If I need to buy another boiler (hopefully not) then this is the company I'll be using. Now I just need to find a Salisbury installer who meets similar standards!

I received the goods within 24 hours of ordering in perfect condition and exactly what I was expecting. Great service, keep it up guys.

I pride myself in finding the best deal on the internet and was very pleased with my new shower purchased through this website. Delivery was within 48 hours and to my surprise was delivered by my local plumbing supplier but at a 40% discount on their advertised price. I can certainly recommend to anyone looking for good service at the best price.

Would recommend this company to any of my friends or family. Great service with quick delivery at a really good price.

excellent communication through email advising when delivery would take place...spot on both times with early morning deliveries

Great looking radiators recieved in very good time after ordering
Second time I have used this company - would recommend

First time I had used them and I wanted the goods delivered to my office address rather than home address. I received a phone call from a Plumb Trader staff member confirming I was where I stated I was at work and they promptly delivered the goods to me.
Excellent service and escellent price!

We had quite a lot of items to buy and various sites offering one thing cheaper whilst another was more expensive, but the free postage and fast delivery meant Plumbtraders were really good value, items arrived next day as promised

Good prices. Quick delivery times. Will use again.
RECOMMENDED.

Bought 2 Myson radiators - could not get 2 from same supplier but they got from different suppliers and delivered within 2 days.
Staff and communications first class. Would recommend Plumbtraders. Thankyou.

good service
competitive pricing

delivered what ordered on the day requested. A good first stop for your plumbing needs. website can be a little quirky when looking for something so try more than one description.

Ordered boiler on Monday ,it was delivered on Wednesday what more can I say

Good communications and fast delivery. Central heating and hot water was back in a flash

Sent request before purchase to get definite delivery date. Got phone call to advise it was in stock and made purchase over phone. Picked up from local merchants as agreed on date and time agreed.
Great service Great price. On my experience would recommend.

Excellent service

Delivery time was very important to me , it so happens that the price I paid was very competitive. Many thanks

The product arrived within a few days great stuff. Thanks

Plumb traders were curteous in their dealings with me and I think they were efficient and honest. I am a very cautious customer when it comes to the web so believe me when I say you can trust these guys (if my purchase was anything to go by).
If I had one criticism it would be that buyers outside the mainland should expect to pay slightly more than advertised but this is not evident at the time of purchase! However it wasn't a deal-breaker and Plumbtraders came to a satisfactory deal with me.
