CUIDADO CON PLUMP IT – Suscripción oculta, condiciones abusivas y nula atención al cliente

Compré un producto puntual en la web de Plump It en abril de 2025, y sin ningún consentimiento claro ni visible, me inscribieron automáticamente en una suscripción bimensual (me envían productos cada dos meses y me los cobran sin avisar).

Cuando intenté cancelar tras el primer pedido, me dijeron que es obligatorio recibir TRES pedidos antes de poder cancelar, lo que significa seis meses de pagos forzados, algo que jamás acepté conscientemente. Esta condición abusiva no estaba clara ni resaltada durante la compra. Es una forma de retener clientes engañados mediante cobros automáticos difíciles de detener.

He contactado varias veces con atención al cliente solicitando la cancelación y el reembolso, y ni responden ni solucionan nada. Ya he iniciado una reclamación en mi banco por cargos no autorizados y voy a denunciar públicamente este caso en todos los medios posibles.

No caigáis en la misma trampa. Una empresa que necesita engañar para retener clientes no merece confianza.

I have used the lip plumper for a few years now and I have to say I can t be without it . It does exactly what it says. Fantastic customer service also. It’s my everyday staple and forever in my bag . I can’t be without it . LOVE LOVE , LOVE

J'ai reçu un mail de confirmation de commande puis plus rien et aujourd'hui, le 12/6, je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande du 30/5. J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails sans aucune réponse. Site à fuir absolument si vous ne voulez pas avoir de problème

The company plump it are very good, if I need to email someone always gets back to me quickly. I bought the contour cream and exfoliate and I find these both to be amazing, my skin is super soft and dimples are hardly there. No pics though

J'ai commandé un produit aumois de mars, ma carte bleue a été débitée et je n 'ai à ce jour (le 20 mai) aucune nouvelle de ma commande!
J'envoie des mails sans aucun retour!!!!!
Je déconseille vivement ce site!

I ordered the complete lip plumping set and it does nothing at all. Don't waste your money!!!

I bought the instant lip plumper and had high hopes for this product. However, it simply does not work. It tingles, yes, which indicates something is going to happen, but it makes absolutely no difference to the shape or size of my lips. If anything it just makes them look a bit red and sore, but still as small as ever. I tried it a few times over a couple of days, with increasing clicks of product, but nope! Maybe it doesn't work for everyone and others may have better results, I don't know. It definitely does not work for me though.

Also, reading the feedback from the company on other reviews, I am well hydrated (drink 6-8 pints of water a day) and did the whole malarkey of applying a layer, letting it settle, applying another etc. Still doesn't work!

Avoid the the subscription! Ordered new collagen lip plumper, arrived and had leaked in the lid, product was awful made no difference, wasn’t even moisturising to the lips - I cannot cancel until I have received 3 deliveries!
Where is that stated on the website.
After those three deliveries I won’t be using this company again.

i bought 2 products and they DON'T WORK!!! they just make your lips red and it burns a lot. don't buy it. also, i'll tell you what happened to me when i bought the products: Upon delivery, I was asked to pay an *additional customs fee of €17.66*, which I was not informed about at the time of purchase.

Considering that I had already paid *€44 for just two products*, I find it unfair to face unexpected charges on top of that.
Moreover, I placed my order on *April 12*, and the package arrived only *after 24 days*, despite your website stating a *3–4 business day delivery*.

I kindly request a *refund of €17.66*. and don't reply to write me an email, I've already written you many without a response. (Order number 367200)

Waste of money.
I decided to try the Ultimate Volume lip plumper and safe to safe will not do so again.
Followed the Instructions down to a T and it just made my lips red but no effect. I've tried 3 applications but it really did nothing.
Sadly it was a waste of money

The products work and do what they are supposed to do but they aren’t good for everyday use. The plumping feel can get too overwhelming for it to be something I’d use often. But other than that it does what it claims.

es una estafa , mucho cuidado despues sigen haciendo cargos en tu tarjeta y no hemos recibido el producto.
Dicen que te suscribes automáticamente a un pedido recurrente. No nos hemos suscrito a nada. Y no hemos recibido ningúno de los 3 paquetes que debíamos haber recibido. Espero que lo revisen .
