My mum ordered me this of off TikTok shop as a present for me and she mentioned that it came more or less straight away. I love the effect it gives my lips and how it’s not too painful but it also gives super effective results. I’ve recommended this to all of my friends.

No needles dermal filler.
This is a terrible product. I wish I could post before and after.
The product tightens your skin, resulting in no elasticity and increased laughter lines when I smile. I cant tell you how bad they are. I washed it off immediately.
If you want to try make sure you register/complete the online form within 7 days to qualify for the guarantee - I didnt so wasted my money. (and caused me some distress in seeing the dramatic increase in the lines)

Lip plump is fab! Sometimes when I apply it, it is more intense than other times and I haven’t figured out the reason for that but I’m kind of a little bit obsessed with the plumping sensation anyway.
It DOES plump, it does last for a while even though I would like it to last a little longer and the lip balm is also good….but I wouldn’t necessarily buy this alone.

Absolute lies . To take that much money off people and false advertise is disgusting. Must be paid to write good reviews . Asked for a refund and keep sending me emails of more steps I need to take for it to work . Tried all ( which I shouldnt have to) and IT DOESNT WORK. This is why its been more than 14 days as I was hopeful with advice and research it would work . No care for customers and are a huge con

I had been thinking of ordering from this brand for a while and finally took the plunge and then was slightly disappointed when my product was a bit faulty and meant it went on my tongue as was spilling out of the sides. However I feel compelled to write a wonderful review as Olivia with the costumer service team was just so helpful and lovely about it all and refunded me straight away and I got to keep the product and am going to keep reading all the tips and tricks they have sent to get the best results! This time of year is possibly the busiest for this company and yet their wonderful customer service was unaltered and I can’t wait to try some new products 🎄

Avoid this item and company at all costs. The item does not work as stated, the only effect caused being excruciating pain that feels like lips are being ripped apart, resulting in redness. I contacted the company immediately who refused to resolve the matter or arrange a return or refund. They simply state that everyone is different and therefore gets different results, and returns are only accepted if unused. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank to recover costs.
