I honestly love this company so much. Amazing product that actually works and delivery is so so quick. I had to cancel my subscription and Olivia from the customer service team was so so understanding and helpful it’s so refreshing to have a company that isn’t consumed by capitalist greed and will actually help customers.

I had a slight issue with an online order and contacted customer services. The agent who dealt with my case was named Olivia.

From the outset she was extremely professional and respectful. Olivia quickly identified the issue and rectified it immediately.

My whole experience was first class and really inspired me to purchase future items from this company.

I researched the product before I bought it and did all the tips and tricks but nothing worked. It did burn a little at first but that was it. I immediately called to req a refund and they said no because I tried it. How do you know if something works or not. I would have accepted even a partial refund or another plumper in case the one I got was defective. They emailed me the exact same response they emailed everyone that has a problem. No I would not recommend buying from them.

So... I tried this after seing it advertised on Instagram... I put it on and waited... my lips where on fire... they went bright red and no lie I thought I needed to go to a&e... im no newbie anything lip related and get my lip fillers so I know what pain is...but oh my lord.. this was insane... spent the next 20 mins with my lips under the tap then had a cold compression...it was absolutely horrendous... dont know if I had a reaction to the ingredients but this is not worth the pain.. once the pain subsided my lips where normal.. my advice... dont do it

I have been purchasing the plumpit lip gloss for nearly a year now. I won't be without it. Lip injections made my whole mouth bruise for a week and then the effect was barely noticeable once the swelling went down. The gloss really does tingle and sometimes sting but my lips are instantly plumped every time I use it. I'm obsessed with it! I have also allowed friends and family to have a go a few times and they always comment on the sting but are shocked at the results. It works for me 100%. Wouldn't buy any other lip plumper!

Takes a lot of clicks to get product out and did nothing for my lips. It tingles and that’s all. Lasted no more than 5mins. Absolutely disappointed. Defo would not recommend and will not be visiting again. Spent a lot of money by purchasing the kit. Devastated

I had a problem with a product - it wasn’t coming out of the tube as expected. I messaged and got an explanation of how to use the product. The response was very quick and very polite/kind. The product was not faulty in the end I just wasn’t using it correctly.

Great product...I have quite thin lips and this product noticeably plumps them up

Customer service is second to none, Olivia was so helpful and sorted out my issue quick and efficiently. The plump it lip product is good for those who want fuller lips without lip filler. I received a faulty product (must of just been a malfunction in the manufacturing) but the way Olivia dealt with it was very impressive. Highly recommend for both product and service.

Yes and I followed all your tips to no avail.. I've read so many bad reviews on this company,something not right.alls I've bought is a lip oil in a pen.would never go near your website again as completely misleading information to.promote and sell your products. Thank goodness I never bought owt else.

Was excited too recieve this.. however I’m left very disappointing as it did nothing at all but make my lips burn and tingle
Size and shape no different at all.. complete waste of money and wish I’d bought a nice lipstick instead.. lesson learnt not too trust something that sounds too good too be true.. reviews must be fake when saying it works as it doesn’t at all

I really love the plump it no needles lip filler. It does exactly what it says. The lushest plumpest lips for hours after application. Best lip plumper I’ve ever used
