Pooch & Mutt Reviews

Always great customer service. My dogs love the dental sticks and cry in the morning until they get one. Always great deals and good prices.

Amazing range of food and treats my dogs love and at such great prices

Recently bought some poo bags after seeing good reviews. The quality of them is very good, definitely not thin and feel robust. Very happy with them and will definitely buy more.

I love pooch and mutt, have been using their products for years now! My dog loves them and they don’t upset her stomach. The treat range are our go to’s for our walks (she just loves them) we’ve just started using the freeze dried treats and toppers and they’re a hit too! The delivery is insanely fast, I ordered Saturday night and it was with me Monday morning!

Great dog food you can trust

Great quality food my dogs love it! Great price for great quality.

My Border Collie Has The Dental Sticks Each Day & They Are So Good On His Tummy.

Fast delivery, great treats!! & are always very helpful!

We can honestly say that Betsi-bear has never refused a Pooch & Mutt meal….she loves every flavour of kibble; so much so I do her a ‘blend’ with four different flavours!

The service is great too, really fast delivery which is a bonus when you are busy……no more waiting around for the parcel!

Five stars from us 😄🐻🐾

My subscription arrived this week missing several items. Messaged on website - no response. Looked for email - does not work. Looked for corporate phone number - no longer working. AI suggested on line chat - no option. I don't know what is going on with this company! Products brilliant but customer service pants and they owe me my product or a refund which I'm not confident of receiving tbh.

Great products, customer service, fast delivery been feeding by my dogs pooch and mutt for nearly 3 years they love it. Great loyalty points too

We have used Pooch & Mutt treats since Rolo was a puppy, he has always enjoyed their range of treats. Recently we have been using the freeze dried treats and puppy fish jerky for high value training treats, Rolo absolutely loves them so they’re perfect for recall training. We have also added the digestive powder to Rolo’s meals as he had a sensitive stomach and we haven’t had any issues since we’ve been using this powder. We’d highly recommend their products, delivery is always super quick as well which is an added bonus!

I can’t recommend this company enough!
My dogs are so much better after converting to them.
They are happy, healthier and their coats are in great condition.
But more importantly, they love the food….I haven’t tried it 😂, but if they could talk, I’m sure they’d say it is really tasty a they scoff the lot and wag their tails when I prepare it.
The website is very easy to navigate and they are very reasonably priced, with some great offers.
If you should need them, their customer service is just amazing. Super friendly and always willing to help.
Everything a good company should be ❤️

I’ve been using Pooch & Mutt products for a while now and they’ve become a brand I genuinely trust. The quality of the ingredients, the huge range of products and the thought that goes into catering for different dogs and their needs really stands out.

My dog absolutely loves their food and treats, and it’s lovely knowing that the things she gets excited about are also made with her health and wellbeing in mind. We’ve tried everything from food and treats to supplements, and there’s always something new to discover.

What I particularly love is that Pooch & Mutt never feels like they’re just selling another pet product — they genuinely seem to care about dogs and what goes into the products they make.

A brilliant brand for dogs and one I’m very happy to recommend.

Bodhi our Labrador absolutely loves the pooch and mutt calming dental sticks, he has one every night before bed and helps to keep his teeth clean as well as a peaceful nights sleep 😴 🦷

This is a great company. My dog Frank has enjoyed every single product we have purchased, with the calming dental sticks being one of his favourite. I find this company extremely reliable and always a joy to deal with. Highly recommend you give them a try - you (and your pet) won't regret it!!

Great service always. My dog loves this food, calm and relaxed mixed with wet food! For over 2 years now we have used Pooch & Mutt!

I ordered a bag of food in error so contacted Pooch & Mutt via their contact form. I received a prompt response from Ellie who dealt with my mistake with kindness and professionalism.
It is refreshing to find a company with such excellent customer service and it is very much appreciated.

Great delivery always speedy, never had an issue with the products. My dogs love the kibble and the wet food. All the supplements work well for our needs.
Wish they did a larger natural treat selection like pigs ears rabbits ears etc.

I emailed Pooch and Mutt and they responded immediately and sent out a replacement straight away - customer service is second to none and I would highly recommend buying from this company
