Reena and Beckie were extremely helpful throughout the whole process of selling the house. All of the documents and required actions were managed online making trips to the office unnecessary meaning that things were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. The team were also easily contactable and able to answer any queries. A good job well done!

I can not fault Sally. She was very professional and did a very good job.
However I felt they were quite expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for

All of the contacts, by telephone, email and in person were undertaken in a timely and professional manner.
The staff, Tara and Abigail, were friendly and approachable, they were knowledgeable of the subject matter and able to advise on the possible outcomes enabling me to make an informed choice.
The subject under discussion was completed in a timely manner and within the costing previously agreed.

Steve Dunkerton made the sale of our rental property so stress free . He communicated quickly and efficiently, and took time to meet with us to explain things that we didn't understand. The fee was reasonable, and office staff whom we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Contact was very good and keeping us up to date on how everything was proceding also good. Pleased with the staff and would recommend.

Reena Ravel was recommended to me and I was delighted to follow up the recommendation. Reena and her paralegal Beckie Old kept me informed throughout. Documentation and the necessary checks were made in advance so that once an offer was accepted all was prepared. I asked for a prompt exchange/completion on selling a property and this was duly achieved with minimal involvement on my part. Gemma, the receptionist deserves a special mention for coping with stress on exchange day as well as always being accommodating and passing on messages to Reena whenever I popped in.
