Ann the very friendly and helpful person sorted my issue out for me even though I did not have my details to hand

I've noticed the high overall rating and many positive recent reviews ,but I can only be honest and speak as I find.

I'm Scottish ,lived in England many years after my mum recently passed my 90 year old dad moved in with us ,he loves all football but hopefully understandably he particularly loves Scottish football.

I already have tnt sports at home and via now tv adding sky sports for him was very quick and painless and actually sky sports coverage of Scottish football is a whole lot better than it used to be.

But these services still leave a few gaps so I researched premier sports and in order to get as many matches as possible for him decided to sign up directly and access the stand alone service via smart tv and firestick.

Let's say now both TVs I tried are Google TV and high end Sony models and the firestick is the latest version ,all devices less than a year old ,I have 1gb fibre internet that all devices and other services are fine on and have had no connection or service issues.

Firstly went on the website tried 2 different windows 11 laptops ,1 pixel 10 android phone and an I phone 16 get to starting to enter personal details to register and the site just crashes over and over again

Right says I I'll try downloading the app first try setting up an account that way couldn't find the app on I phone but had given up by that time so didn't look that hard.
On the pixel phone app just dragged and dragged never installed.

Tried the standalone app ( not Amazon prime channel) on the firestick and both smart tv and again the app just won't install.

So I gave up.

I've purchased it directly on Amazon as an Amazon prime channel on the same smart TV and firestick the standalone app won't install on and it's working perfectly,but it's not a perfect solution as dad won't get all the games because you dont get the premier player matches on the Amazon prime channel.
So instead of me paying the full price direct I elected for the 12 month commitment via Amazon prime as this reduced the monthly bill by a fiver not to save the fiver as such but if I'm getting a lesser service may as well pay less.

So dad gets a few matches less and this company gets paid less because I'm paying the lowest price but obviously Mr Amazon takes a cut and they get paid less.

Now it's through Amazon it works perfectly well which I think is a bad reflection on any such service that it works better via a 3rd party.

So sorry despite the previous good reviews and the fact it's all now working via a 3rd party I personally could not recommend this company.

Very misleading pay as you go, mistakenly signed up for a 12months, they will not cancel unless I pay them £25, I used the service once - now bullying and asking for money to cancel.

Helped by Ann to setup a new account as I was having problems when using the promo code.
She handled my query in a timely manner and had patience with myself whilst talking me through the process.
Hope not to need Premier Sports' customer service going forward but good to know they can be polite, curteous and resolve issues.

I recently contacted Premier Sports regarding an issue with my account and package. My email was quickly followed up by a call from Spencer who apologised on behalf of the company and rectified the problem straight away. The refund was back in my account within three days. Thank you so much for an excellent service!

Contacted customer service to resolve a point on switching from the streaming to Sky service. Hannah was excellent. Super responsive and resolved things very quickly. Very impressive service and thanks.

Great service all round. The Scottish PS Cup games streamed online is a superb additional service.
David also swiftly refunded an over payment (my own fault) which was received within 48 hours.

Didn't get the discount expected initially but the issue was resolved after a bit of back and forth. Customer support was very quick to respond.

Got through to Paula, with a particularly challenging request as I was logged out my account, I had since changed address and also my phone number had changed. They were able to locate my account and amend a spelling error in the email address which was on my part, this was preventing log in. Really friendly and helpful! Back up and running right after the call.

Hi xx I called as I had entered premier onto my phone instead of tv 😳 I called phone was picked up on first ring and Spencer was very helpful and she sorted this out in less than 5 minutes xx wry helpful

I had an issue with pricing re an annual renewal where a discount code was not applied and was charged full rate in error. I contacted Customer Services fulling expecting a lengthy wait for response and arguments over resolution. However, the response came from Hannah at Customer Services within 10 minutes acknowledging the error and offering a fair and quick resolution. Very impressed!

Customer service was second to none,spoke to a lady by the name of Jamie,she was very helpful and knowledgeable, we got our problem sorted in quick time .looking forward to enjoying premier sports.

This was my first time contracting to premier sports and I had a problem with pricing. My problem was dealt with by a gentleman called Mike, who sorted out the problem in a fairly short time which has allowed me to continue watching. Thanks and here's to many hours of viewing.
