Prepare Medical popped up on my Facebook. At first I was a little hesitant since it seemed way too good to be true but I thought I would take a chance and I placed my order. The customer service was great as they had to change my shipping address and it was sorted out very quick. Our insurance covered the whole kit and it was completely FREE to us. When I received the parcel I was pleasantly surprised with everything it contained! It is such a handy kit especially for us living in the middle of nowhere on a farm and our closest town doesn't have a doctor. It contains everything and more! I feel alot better knowing I'm prepared for the unknown by having Prepare Medical in the house.

I have had a great experience with the prepare medical team. The offer seemed “too good to be true” but I was wrong this service has been great. The turnaround time was within 2 weeks. I got the kits in the mail and it was perfectly organized and well layed out. 10/10 service, would recommend to all friends and family

A great kit full of basic medication’s for a variety of illnesses that can be treated when you’re unable to see your regular doctor. The guidebook and availability of refills is also very helpful! Happy I ordered.

Prepare Medical has been such a great asset to our medicine cabinet. From having a variety of creams and drops on hand for minor ailments that we would normally need to see an ER doc for, to having anti-nauseants on hand during a terrible gastro virus outbreak, I have used the medications in my kit frequently. I feel confidant knowing each drug is chosen by a MD and prepared by a pharmacist.

I am totally in awe of this offer. I recd my kit today and was absolutely astonished to find that you receive brand name, full sized prescriptions. Usually when you see offers like this, they seem ‘too good to be true’.

Try. You’ll see they are legit! Kudos to a solution to lack of family doctors and over crowded ERs!

Great and fast service, i received my kit in just 2 weeks. Yes it was 100% free (was covered by my health insurance). I was really impress by the meds they sent. I strongly recommand.

I received my package last week. All meds are labelled with instructions and well organized into pouches. Contents do not fit the bag it comes with. There is a small booklet with instructions of what to use for certain symptoms which is necessary for that time when you don't have access to medical personal.

At sign up, you upload your id and benefits info. No CC is asked for. Sign-up process via insurance does not disclose price of the package, nor is there any cost breakdown regarding what you may pay/insurer pay, nor is any info on how insurance is billed (1 single claim for whole kit or multiple claims). There is no disclosure at any part of the process (ordering, processing, shipping). Once you submit your order there is no going back, no option to cancel. You will get notified several times via email as your order is processed and it arrives in 2 days after received your shipping notice.

My insurance was billed 26+ times and paid out $1,300 in claims in a single day. Some claims were denied. I have not received a bill for the difference from Prepare (yet). So far, nothing is out of pocket.

The one thing I really have issue with, is lack of price and billing disclosure when you hit that “insurance” box. Its important for credibility for a company to be upfront about the true cost of a package and how insurance will be billed for it, or what the consumer can expect, so that consumer fully understands what they are getting into.

Otherwise, I got my package. I liked the email notifications advising of the process. The price tag was a lot more then expected but it’s a great packet for “emergency preparedness’.

I live in BC and like others, was skeptical. Anything advertised for free, even the non-prescription items got me wondering.I contacted the customer support about both how they were able to provide this for free, and safeguards of my personal information. After several prompt replies, I was ready to order. I was not disappointed😊 As a nurse and an avid traveler, I can tell you this kit pretty well covers it all. Once I ordered, they continued to communicate right through to the day it arrived, perhaps a week after ordering. I am so impressed with the customer service, the contents, the comprehensive medication guide that comes with it and a travel kit for some of the items you might want to take along. Although I may not use all of the items, it’s nice to feel prepared and especially nice to feel prepared going to another country. It clearly states this not a replacement for a medical diagnosis, however it does guide you and let you get started on recovery. We travel quite a bit in our motorhome all over Canada and the States, travel to different countries, and I am very impressed. I know not everyone has an extended healthcare plan but if you do, I would encourage you to look at this prepare Medical offer.

Ordered against my gut instinct. After a month I get a message they are in BC and I am in NB as is my insurance provider!!
They cannot fulfill my order!! I believe this is a scam, the address states ON. Anyone else have this happen?

Don’t trust this site!

I was highly skeptical. They took several weeks to figure out insurance and send the kit but they came through 100%. Full kit through insurance and not a penny out of pocket. (Canada). All perfectly packaged in individual category pouches with a guide book and orange medicine case. The case is a bit too small for all the drugs but it’s not a big deal.

I received my prepare medical kit a few weeks ago and I must say, I am very impressed. The customizable kit contains an extensive variety of medications which can be used to treat many everyday conditions. I liked you can build your own kit to suit to your own individual or family needs. The kit is a must have in my opinion incase of an emergency - you might just need it more frequently than you anticipate which is what happened with me. The detailed guide that comes with it quickly helps you identify what you need which was helpful.

Really strong E2E user experience, not to mention the incredibly valuable need / use case it serves. Once optimized at scale, this will be a game changer for urgent medical care distribution. I've already used one of the medicines I received in my trial run!

The whole process was very easy to complete and Prepare medical has created such useful kits. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I have quick access to medicine to resolve any common ailments that I may come across.

I highly recommend Prepare. It's easy to order through their site and I was given clear instructions and updates every fees days of the progress of the order. The packaging is really professional.

Having this kit on hand is extremely helpful given the difficult nature of being able to quickly access doctors & health support for medication. I appreciated how seamless it was to sign up and receive my kit. The kit is really well organized with many treatments and the booklet is simple for me to follow and understand!
