Really disappointed. When I unwrapped the personalised photo mug I’d ordered, one of the photos had been cropped and had cut off one of the people on it. I asked for a replacement and, to cut a very long story short, they said it was my own fault because the photo was rectangular rather than square. So no replacement and no refund.

Very disappointed with the customer service.

I ordered a personalised mug and the photo I uploaded was complete, with the full picture and wording clearly visible. However, when the mug arrived, part of the photo and wording had been cut off.

I contacted the company expecting them to put this right, but they have refused to offer a replacement or refund, saying it was not a production error because the print file was submitted as it was.

I don’t think that is acceptable. The finished mug is not what I expected from the complete image I uploaded, and I would not have placed the order if I had been shown that the picture would be cropped.

Very disappointed with both the product and the way my complaint has been handled. I would expect a company selling personalised products to make sure the finished item matches what the customer has submitted.
I asked management to look into this further, but unfortunately they have refused to accept any responsibility for what happened. The messages I received were from Rob Crump, their Marketing Director.

I will not be using Printster for any future orders and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I simply want to warn others so they don’t have the same experience I did. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company.

Made an order for personalised wrapping paper. Paid for express delivery and I still haven’t received it. Bought on the 26th August. Tracking just says label created.. not helpful! Tried to contact customer service but have had no reply. Terrible service!

My order was for personalised wrapping paper for a birthday. Product itself was as expected - no issue with quality. Issue was that I paid £6.99 for priority shipping and the wrapping paper arrived late. Prinster have politely but firmly told me it's outside of their control so I have to just lump it. The fact that I received a message from the carrier apologising for delivering a day late carries no weight with Prinster.

Very poor customer service, long delay on 'next day' delivery, denied Amazon had returned card to them although I had notification that this was happening. Refused refund even though card 9 days late. Would not recommend this company at all

Horrendous quality. I ordered 30 masks. all of them were of different individuals and all prepared and cut to fit in advance. When received they were all cut differently 15 of them were torn, 6 of them had tears over the faces. Some faces were huge and others tiny. The cutting was insane. Customer Service was calculated and opaque. Deny deny deny. They'll do anything to hold onto your money.

I ordered a personalised mug with 8 photos on it as a present for a friend. The quality is excellent and I know my friend will love it. The mugs are always very well boxed up as well so they are delivered safely and in one piece. Will definitely use Printster again.

The quality of the mugs, the photo print on it and inscriptions were first class. They made great gifts at an affordable price. easy ordering process and quick delivery. I will definately be using them again.

If Id read the reviews before I ordered then I wouldn't have ordered. The product arrived safely within 2 days and was exactly what I wanted. Good quality and price. I would use Printster again.

Ordered personalised masks for a hen party and paid for next day delivery due to the time-sensitive nature of the event.
Unfortunately, the parcel became stuck in transit and never arrived. Whilst I understand courier delays can happen, I was disappointed with the customer service I received throughout the process. Despite explaining multiple times that the masks were needed for a specific date and would be of little use if they arrived afterwards, my concerns were repeatedly met with references to company policies and investigation timeframes rather than any real empathy or attempt to help.
As the event approached, I had no choice but to source replacement masks elsewhere at the last minute. Thankfully, HappySnapGifts were incredibly helpful, understood the urgency of the situation and went above and beyond to ensure we received replacement masks in time for the hen party.
Printster have now provided a full refund after confirming the parcel was lost in transit, which I appreciate. However, the overall experience was stressful and frustrating. Whilst courier issues are sometimes unavoidable, customer service is within a company's control, and I felt there was a significant lack of empathy and proactive support throughout the process.
Based on my experience, I would not order from Printster again, but I would highly recommend HappySnapGifts for both their service and willingness to help when it mattered.

What a joke!!!!! Ordered a mug for a leaving prezzie at work. When it arrived half the face was cut off and the spelling on one side of mug was wrong. Got intouch with them explaining what has happened and that I can not give this as a leaving prezzie. There response was that the mug has been delivered, so no refund. What a scam!!!!!! Should of read the reviews before buying from this company 🙄. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Placed an order and paid extra for express delivery for arrival today. Received an email from their customer services team at 1pm yesterday saying that they weren’t able to get this to me today, and asked me when I needed them by. I responded (saying I need by Friday latest), and am yet to hear confirmation of receipt or that I will get my order in time. I have sent chasers, and nobody is coming back to me. It’s now too late for me to place an order elsewhere and get it by Friday.

Paid for express next day delivery for birthday wrapping and still hasnt arrived 4 days later. Got a.message to say delayed until after birthday.

Ordered a personalised mug. The image was not printed correctly with half of the text chopped off. They refused a refund or to make a replacement mug. Very low quality service and a bit of a scam. I recommend avoiding and spending your money elsewhere.

Quality was terrible and the customer service wasn't any better
