My broker Jeffrey Mariano has been amazing from day one. Jeffrey really took out time to talk me through my life insurance policy and make sure that I was getting the best value for my money. I would recommend Jeffrey and Priority Protection to anyone as they definitely put their customers first.

Jeff was very patient and knowledgeable. He explained all my options and what I could expect from the service. He verified my understanding of what was agreed before finalising changes to my policy based on my requirements. And on closing the call he offered up his contact details should I have any concerns or queries, also explaining the risk of potential cold callers and what I should do.

Our broker, Jeff, was very thorough and kept in touch with us to make sure we had cover sorted despite many setbacks and confusion in getting our joint policy up and running. We were very impressed that he kept in touch and was genuinely invested us in getting us the right cover for our needs even though it’s taken a year to get it sorted.
