Niraj was great. Met him personally at the baby show and he was really pleasant. Helped both me and my fiancé get a better deal on our life insurance. Quick and easy.

After talking with agents at The baby show Birmingham NEC I was keen to purchase some life insurance for the just incase for when I'm a new mum.
Jeff explained the differences I can have to my policy and helped me adjust the bits I needed to make it right for me and my family. Jeff was extremely helpful and was happy to explain anything I didn't understand.

We 1st came into contact with priority protection at the baby and toddler event in Glasgow. From the first moment we meet them the service was 2nd to none. From the ladies at the show where ever approachable and lovely to speak to and their knowledge really out us at ease about life insurance as I found it complicated when trying to sort out for myself, this lead us to Jeff our new life insurance broker and from the first moment we spoke on the phone I was instantly at ease ans he made to process so easy for me and my wife. Even through it all it was a very busy time for us and he understood so well and allowed me time for exams and thing and didn't push or try and rush the process which I am extremely thank for that. We eventually got down to sorting the life insurance out and I couldn't ask for someone better than Jeff his knowledge and expertise made the whole process easy and understandable even allowing me to add of part of the policy that I didn't know excited. Again thanks to Jeff and all at priority protection we can now relax knowing that all is on place foe our insurance.

I have had 3 phone calls with Jeff as well as meeting him in person and he is a genuinely decent guy and there is no pressure selling or anything like that. I have managed to increase the value of the cover as well as include critical illness cover for myself, my wife and our future child for the same cost I was previously paying just for standard life cover for us both.
