Very slow to respond to queries
Very slow to respond to queries. The transfer of my one of my schemes was straightforward, the others less so. In truth, I don't feel that the fee has been justified. I'd also be mindful if you have defined benefit pots, as these aren't accepted. For me, joining this scheme has been a bit pointless, had I realised this beforehand I would not have joined.

It's great to have my pensions in one…
It's great to have my pensions in one place and you've made that happen for me. Such an easy process. It's a shame that some of my jobs could not be found. The other thing is I thought I'd have more savings as I worked for plumbase for 10y. So I am happy but a little confused. Thank you

Pension transfer. It wasnt completed in the timescale i was told so my money was in limbo longer than expected so im disappointed
