All good but finding it difficult to get money out my pension at moment

Profile Pensions asked me to agree to an adjustment to my pension pot which I noticed involved an increase in their charges. When I eventually spoke with an advisor about this, they did all they could not to discuss my concerns. I actually had to ask 4 or 5 times to finally receive some of the information that I was looking for.

When mentioning this service was not suitable for me (I wanted a simple discussion rather then a fight to get the information), I was asked to speak to a manager - a week later.

The manager called completely unprepared for the call - thinking this was regarding the pension review rather than the attitude and lack of service from the previous call. As the conversation meandered forwards, I believed less and less of what was said, and suggested that we part ways as this is not what I want from a pension advisor.
