As you may know, we ship globally directly from our international warehouses near the order's location however this process was disrupted due to the pandemic as we had to close down other warehouses so we can operate in our main office and also keep the cost as low as possible without sacrificing the quality of our pillows.
Although we have stationed warehouses all over the globe however at this time, our only operational warehouse is in China as most of the offices closed down due to the pandemic. We apologize, we hope to be back on track as soon as the virus eases out; meanwhile, this will be our temporary fix for now.

DO NOT PURCHASE this product!!!! The prices were advertised in Australian dollars but the transaction was done in Euros and it was so much more expensive. I wish I had never purchased. The pillow was tiny. I could not use it for ten minutes let alone a night’s sleep. The pillow slip was ugly and had threads hanging from it. I asked for my refund but to get that I had to pay ANOTHER $67 AUD to send it back to China. The parcel is sitting in Chinese customs for 5 weeks. I can’t get my refund till they pay the dues but they say it’s not their responsibility. I guess I will never see my $250 AUD again and so I am going to make it my life’s mission to destroy their reputation. I will not rest until my case is resolved. So what are you gonna do ‘customer care’? There’s no care! You have blocked me on Facebook. This is the most rubbish company I have ever dealt with. I can’t wait to see your lame reply as to how you will look into my case. Yeah right OK!!!!

Good day! We are deeply concerned about your frustrations regarding your recent experience with us and we would like to amend any issues you've encountered as well as explain a little bit about our policies at this point in time.
Our company is based in the Netherlands which is a country in northwestern Europe so it is normal to see a euro currency in your bank statement that is why it is recommended to use AUD if you are ordering in Australia to convert the total price to be paid at checkout. We can assure you that any conversion is always equal to the price advertised on our website.
Also with regards to the pillow itself, please be aware that our ergonomic design intentionally differs from the regular pillows that you're used to. Our pillows will often be smaller in size, due to the nature of the memory foam. Even though this might feel unusual at first, we designed it like this on purpose because this is the position that's best for your body. It is recommended to try using your new ProSleepy pillow during the day while resting for 10-15 minutes.

An Excellent Purchase
An excellent purchase, even my wife loves it and she's the fussy one!! Should have bought two..... A really superb pillow which has considerably reduced the stiffness and neck pain I was regularly suffering each morning. And excellent customer service too. Very highly recommended!

They try to show as an EU company. They are a Chinese company selling a product made in china, and shipping from china.
Cheap, uncomfortable pillow.
Customer support does not respond.

Best pillow I ever had!
The ProSleepy pillow is absolutely excellent! I suffered years of neck pain and struggeled hard every night to find the right sleeping position, but that's over now! My first impression was that I had to get used to it, as in comparison to my former pillows it felt a little bit hard, but improvement started with night one! Big, big recommendation for everyone who's looking for good and healthy sleep!

I have bad neck and lower back pain. I purchased another type of neck pillow but in order to sleep on your side, you had to maneuver the pillow around in the middle of the night! Have had neck pain for ages
Having neck pain for ages, didn’t know what was the problem after sleep. It affected days and days for my daily life. I was lucky enough to saw the advertisement from Instagram about ProSleepy pillow which makes huge sense to me. I have been using for 3months now. My neck pain has disappeared after few days of using the pillow. I recommend to my ex and he got it too. Now my daily time uses are very efficient without neck and shoulder pain. I even purchased further for my legs and arms. right positioning Full body saves many ways such as time, energy, and synergy affection. Very happy with ProSleepy and highly recommended.

I was struggling with other pillows
I was struggling with other pillows. Most were too soft and I had to double them up, which often let to my head being cocked up or to the side. Some were too hard and didn't adjust as I turned from side-to-side. ProSleepy seemed too simple to work, but I tried it and it works. It's the only pillow I've used in the 2 months since I bought it.

I have finally found a pillow that allows me to sleep all night! Without waking up with a sore neck or a headache! I was skeptical until I actually received my pillow and slept on it. I would recommend this pillow to anyone no matter how they sleep. I am a side sleeper.
