Jeg har før bestilt der, hvor det er gået fint. Denne gang har ordren været på vej siden april. Her snart i slutningen af juni er den ikke modtaget.
Når man tracker den, står den som leveret. Jeg har intet hørt om den siden i midten af maj, hvor de sagde den ville blive forsinket.
Jeg har skrevet til dem flere gange, men der kommer intet svar. Jeg ved ikke om de er gået konkurs eller sådan noget😡

Do not give them any money. I purchased from this company fine about five years ago. I put a repeat order in over a month ago and have received a series of automated emails excusing the delay which I believe is never going to be resolved. The other day they wanted to check my delivery address (which they had put on the receipt of order), no they are apologising and offering us the chance to give them more money. All this time ignoring my emails asking them to cancel the order.

No pillow ever arrived. Received an email telling me there are global logistics issues and I should be patient. it's now been 7 months and still no pillow. Nobody responds to my emails just an autoresponder threatening to put me to the bottom of the queue if I email again. Truly terrible. Buy your pillow from somehwre else

I like the pillow I received. I ordered 2 new pillow cases through their site on a BOGO special. They sent only one and it was the wrong size. I have sent numerous polite emails, and requests through their Facebook and Instagram sites. Other than the automated response "Thanks for your enquiry, we will respond shortly", they have completely ignored every single one I've sent.
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I bought this pillow but it didn’t help with my neck pain unfortunately. I contacted them within the 30 day window for a refund but have ignored my 4 emails! On their website it states money back guarantee within w0 days this is obviously a lie and people are being misled. I am still bombarding them and hoping for a refund I will not let this go £54 isn’t cheap!

Genuinely rejuvenated sleeping experience

I have now bought 3 Prosleepy pillows, a standard initially 4 years ago and recently 2 kingsize versions. I can honestly say that my neck completely stopped hurting within 2 nights of use and the neck pain hasn't returned (4 years later). I have recently purchased one for my mother and she has also been instantly rejuvenated. thank you so much Prosleepy and your team of technical designers.

Before I got my ProSleepy I often woke up with neck pain. I was amazed the first time I used the ProSleepy and woke up with no neck pain - after just one night! Now I never go anywhere without my ProSleepy - it’s just not worth the return to pain.

This seems to be a scam company to me. I have ordered a product which I was assured there was a returns policy on after six emails and three emails direct and messages via Instagram. Nobody can be bothered to get back to me so I can return the item, very poor service. Avoid at all costs, unless you’re absolutely sure you want the product. £90 down the drain disgusting service.

Für mich als Bauch-und Seitenschläfer war das Kissen nicht bequem. Nach mehreren Nächten probeschlafen kontaktierte ich den Support um von der „Geld zurück Garantie gebrauch zu machen. Dieser antwortete auch schnell & freundlich und gab mir zwei Möglichkeiten an. Ich entschied mich für selbst weiter zu verkaufen, dafür 50% des Kaufbetrags zurück zu erhalten.
Ich wurde darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass dies bis 4Wochen dauern kann. Leider sind in der Zwischenzeit über 4 Monate vergangen, das Geld noch nicht da, und der Support antwortet auch nicht mehr.

The money back guarantee is a scam! I indicated that one of the two pillows purchased was not suitable for an individual at home and requested a return/refund. I simply got a response to "try again" as I've got 30 days to try. The point is that it has been tried and it was just not suitable. I responded to request again to for the return process at which Prosleepy has ignored and not replied. It has two weeks since my request..... WARNING: do not trust the "money back guarantee".

At this point I tried so many pillows to help with neck pain. So I figured I would try this pillow. My neck pain is almost gone to gone, compared to what I had before. Thanks prosleepy!

Had the pillow 2 weeks , was a light sleeper because of the pain. I sleep a good 8 hours a night and very little pain

Since using this product over the last 3 weeks there has been a marked improvement with my mobility through the neck.
