Awesome pillow! Great for neck ache

I'm used to sleeping on contour pillow. Saw the ad on insta, thought of trying it out. Bought 1 for myself. After the first night, no more neck ache after walking up. The pillow is very firm. It's like someone is propping my head the entire night! Highly recommend it. Bought another for my husband & the pillow for side sleeper as well.

Great Night's Sleep & No Headache in the Morning with my ProSleepy Pillow!!

I have tried many different pillows trying to find one that would adequately support my neck so I wouldn't wake up with a headache. All of them promised to be the answer, only ProSleepy has actually delivered!! I am so grateful I took a chance and bought two. My search for "the perfect pillow" has finally come to an end!!

Why You Should Never Try ProSleepy

Worst Customer Service ever experienced. Ordered 2 neck pillows in December we are now in March and never received them. Ordered 2 knee pillows in January they showed up but they refused to provide invoice and denied we ever ordered them even though showed visa, the pillows and the tracking package, We just wanted a receipt not a free item and disputed for over a month. They finally acknowledged we ordered the knee pillows and said they would email the invoice and yet never did. They take weeks to respond and we always have the same representative fail to understand the concerns and refuse to help, these products shipped from China we see the tracking proof but since they are based in Europe they charge our credit cards based on exchange rate with the EURO. yet the products come from China, so they maximize on our Canadian dollar but it's suppose to save us costs by shipping from their worldwide warehouses....? OUR FAMILY WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. They even tried showing us the knee pillow tracking number that we already received to misinform that we did receive the two neck pillows we canceled with our CC since it was ordered in December they tried to prove it was received with false information because we opened a dispute of the unreceived order charge with the CC company. When I proved to them that this is the wrong tracking information and does not even match the order number and they never even sent the order information for that tracking they were trying to misuse as they initially denied for a month we ever ordered the knee pillows - they never replied, never passed my request to management and never apologized. When I try to post reviews on their website or comments on their facebook page they are not visible have you ever noticed there is no negative feedback THAT IS WHY. There is plenty of similar pillows on amazon, save your time money.. the headaches and long wait times.

Eight hours of peaceful sleep

Since I purchased my pillows a few weeks ago I have had no stiffness in my neck. I am sleeping 8 hours every night. I gave one to my daughter and she said her back pains are gone and she sleeps all night. I recommend this pillow 100%. I love it.

Please avoid this company. I ordered a neck pillow from an Instagram advertisement in November 2020 which said money back guarantee zero risk etc. Blatant lies. My pillow never even came and it took months to resolve by disputing with American Express. Made in China and absolute rubbish when it finally came 6 months later. And then you have to return it to China which costs a fortune, more than the pillow!? How can this be called a money back guarantee and ‘easy returns’. They still email me marketing rubbish and it makes my blood boil every time I see these claims so just please avoid ProSleepy and stick with a local brand which isn’t cheap rubbish produced and vacuum packed in China.

Believe the hype

I got fed up trying to buy any pillow I could get my hands on to relieve my neck pain everyday. It was almost getting to the point of chronic. I turned to ProSleepy out of sheer desperation but since using it the first day almost a year ago now, I've never had neck pain again! It's comfortable - just buy the king size pillow so it's better sized.

Horrible Customer Service - Beware

Horrible customer service, beware!!
I purchased a pillow, which was sent to the wrong address (an address that doesn't exist). The delivery company is showing it was delivered and signed for, but refused to show us any proof, or say where is was delivered to.
Prosleepy didn't care, gave me the run around for over a week just to say that it's not their responsibility.
You choose this deliver company, and that makes it your responsibility.
I already filed a credit card dispute which I will undoubtedly win, and now I'm just sharing this story so anyone can see what kind of customer service they can expect from this company.

Be cautious

I would be cautious purchasing from this company. They are not transparent: they advertise 24/7 support but are only contactable by email with a few days wait for response; and if you try to refund they ask you to pay for shipping to China (which is exorbitant) or accept a 50% refund. So it's not zero risk.

I couldn't get used to the standard pillow (too firm, made my neck hurt), and I didn't even receive the premium knee pillow I ordered but got the other knee pillow instead. They kept insisting I did receive what I ordered despite me sending photos clearly showing I didn't!

After many frustrating weeks of back and forth emailing, the issue was finally resolved and I received a refund. This is why I've revised my review from 1 star to 3. I encourage others to persist if they have encountered similar problems. Writing reviews helps as they dislike getting negative reviews.

[Edit] Reply to Prosleepy: I'm sorry you feel this way. As agreed I removed the negative reviews and gave a 3 star review, which isn't negative. I live in a democratic country and don't believe in gagging the truth, I wrote an honest review of my experience which I think is fair. I did try the pillow for a few days and it didn't work, and I didn't receive the premium knee pillow i ordered so you continuing to deny the truth is appalling.

We are aware of your recent experience with the pillow that's why we have given you instructions on how you are supposed to get used to it as it is normal to experience discomfort on the first few days since it is a cervical pillow and not your usual pillows however you refused to try the steps provided so you were offered 50% refund as a courtesy option to skip returning as it adds up to the carbon footprint. You then chose for a full refund so we sent you the address of our main warehouse which is in China due to the fact that most of our warehouses all over the globe have closed down due to the pandemic so we were asking for an understanding of these difficult times. Also, the return process was based on our return policy that can be found on this link: https://www.prosleepy.com/policies/refund-policy

In line with this, you also claimed that the knee pillow did not arrive but our warehouse manager and shipping team confirmed it was delivered and in fact, we triple-checked the weight and everything is correct. It means we have shipped out one medium size pillow and one knee pillow which also indicates delivered on the tracking: https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/YT2131921272237864

Upon checking, customer support have not been able to respond right away as we have conducted a review on the said delivery with our shipping team so we can accurately provide you assistance and deal with this matter in a fair way.

In spite of these instances, we have instead given you refund as we value you as a customer and we want to make it up to you at least through our effort to regain your trust by giving you courtesy options like this.

As part of your complaint about the return process & delivery of the knee pillow, you then chose to post a review on Trustpilot as we try to resolve this issue through you in a very customer-centric way and we have given you a huge courtesy by granting your full refund hoping to have the review removed as it does not reflect how our company operates plus we came up to an agreement of having to close the case completely in favor of you. The promised refund has been processed, in fact, we have even sent you a notification for assurance, however it looks like you still posted your 3rd review on this platform as Trustpilot invalidates the first two.

At this point in time, we are quite sad about this negative review you chose to still post in return for the huge favor we grant you which you have agreed to even. We have done our part in choosing to provide the best support we can give in spite of being in awe of this situation still.
