This shop is a joke. I've ordered two months ago and still have no idea where my stuff is. This is by far the worst delivery service I've ever experienced, they use some Chinese courier with only info in Chinese to check the progress (???) of your order. As a compensation for delayed delivery they offered a discount on future orders. Products are okayish but doesn't worth the stress to deal with this poor service. Never again.

I bought a king size pillow and a knee…
I bought a king size pillow and a knee pillow. The pillow is supportive and firm. I can't say that the neck pain has gone but there has been an improvement plus I have been sleeping better. The knee pillow is helping to reduce arthritic pain in my knees and helps give me a more comfortable position. I am happy to recommend ProSleepy!

Bought the pillow because they had a love it guarantee. When I didn’t like the pillow they told me to ship it back to China at my own cost. When I queried who covers return shipping they stopped responding. The cost of returning the pillow to their factory in china is more than the pillow itself. Avoid the company as there’s no effective returns policy

Please know that although we have stationed warehouses all over the globe, at this time, our only operational warehouse is in China as most of the offices are closed due to the pandemic. We opted for all returns to be collected in our China warehouse so we can properly consolidate them and easily identify orders that have been returned. We apologize, we hope to be back on track as soon as the virus eases out; meanwhile, this will be our temporary fix for now.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE-- DO NOT BUY!!
ProSleepy has the worst customer service! I never even received my pillow and eye mask (over $100 worth of merchandise) because their shipper, OnTrac, delivered the package to the wrong address (they said they left it behind the gate but there are no gates on my property... and the package was scanned a block away from my apartment). But since OnTrac marked it as "delivered", ProSleepy refuses to file a claim with OnTrac so that I can get a refund.
All they have to do is fill out a form and we'll all get reimbursed. But since they have their money (from me), they're happy to do nothing. Feels like a scam.
I emailed ProSleepy for weeks trying to sort it out and eventually they just stopped responding. They just kept telling me I had to sort it out myself with OnTrac, who have been another nightmare to work with.
OnTrac refuses to change their delivery status (even though they have a long history of mis-delivering packages, just check out all the complaints on Twitter or here on trustpilot) and ProSleepy refuses to refund me because OnTrac says it's been delivered!! SO FRUSTRATING!!
This has been terrible experience and I've wasted literally hours emailing and calling trying to sort this out with no resolution and I'm still out over $100!
Save yourself and buy from someone reputable!! Now I have to refute the charge with my credit card and alert them to ProSleepy's scam policies.

The ProSleepy pillow has completely eliminated my neck pain that has plagued me for years. I wish I would have gotten it years ago. I have gone to weekly therapy for my neck for years and this pillow has completely changed how my neck feels. Highly recommend getting it.

Immediate improvement in neck pain over a standard shaped memory foam pillow that was flexing my neck too far forward. It's really comfortable and also helps me to encourage a sleeping on my back position. Nice price for the quality.

Comfortable but limited.
Despite being comfortable overall, it is a little awkward to get your head in the right position. Once the 5 minutes of adjusting has happened I find it good. I bought it as my wife says I snore and although some nights it helps, other nights are just the same as before. Happy with the overall quality and appearance of the pillow.

Had some real problems with neck pain…
Had some real problems with neck pain from other pillows, was recommended by a physiotherapist to try this type of pillow. It didn’t take a great deal of time to arrive even with CoVid 19 restrictions. I have been sleeping much better without neck issues or pain. Would recommend this product for sure.
