Sam was particularly good at dealing with any problems with had with snagging and he did brillant work at fixing any issues we had.

5 stars to Sam from the repairs team, he’s always been polite and friendly and finished a wide variety of work at our home to a high standard.

We have recently purchased on Mitton Grange, in the beautiful village of Whalley. The staff cannot be praised enough, from our initial enquiries, selecting extras, through to completion. Every query asked was replied to by Barbara, Jasmin, Maggie and Zoe in a professional and speedy manner. The site is very well managed by Chris & Sam. Sam as Assistant site Foreman is a total credit to Prospect Homes, very knowledgeable and quick to assist in solving any slight issues. This is our 4th new build purchase over time and without a doubt the best in regards a combination of workmanship, care and attention given to the build and aftercare services. I would recommend purchasing on Mitton Grange to anyone looking to move to the Ribble Valley.

Sam was quick at resolving our needs and made sure things were done effectively and to a great standard!! Made the moving in process smooth and efficient. Cannot thank him enough.

Sam and colleague drove all the way over to Denholme to replace a leaking window. Fixed the window no issues. Explained the problem to me and Cleaned up and even looked at my toilet for me. I moved in December 2020 and when Sam did the repairs on issues he was always on time despite living miles away, his communication via phone was spot on. Sam could not do enough and always happy to help, have a look at something else whilst he was there and fix or offer valuable advice if he couldn’t sort the issue (which was very rare). Sam was the only member of his team! - covering various sites yet he got the job done without complaint Absolute star

We were desirous of buying a new house. A friend recommended that we contact Prospect Homes. I was a bit sceptical in the beginning. However, the overall quality of the construction, including the materials used, was top-notch. Their support staff was always available and effectively communicated with us throughout the process. They addressed minor issues or concerns promptly. Highly recommended.

This was our first ever ‘new build’ experience so we had many doubts, but what we received from Prospect was true ‘customer care’ like you rarely receive nowadays, and which gave us the confidence and trust to go ahead with what was for us a massive risk.

From our initial contact with Maggie and the sales team, through to Sam and Nia in after-sales, we were made to feel like friends rather than buyers and our many questions, whether trivial or demanding, were taken on board and dealt with efficiently and professionally.

We did have one issue post-completion and it wasn’t clear who’s responsibility it was to correct. Prospect took it on board themselves to sort it out for us, and achieved it all within 24 hours, which was amazing considering the work that had to be done.

Every member of staff we dealt with made you feel as if they really cared about making sure everything was right for us, and for a first experience of buying from plan, we could not have been looked after better, and would have no hesitation in recommending Prospect to anyone with doubts about committing to a Prospect home.

Been a new prospect home owner in Clitheroe for nearly 4 years. There have been quite a number of snags or problems with our home in the first year we moved 2020 that required Sam to come & attend too. Sam was always on time, cheerful in his work, through & always delivered a good service dealing with whatever the problem was & resolving it despite being the only person with prospect to cover these types of jobs. Sam is a credit to Prospect & personally we felt that his bosses never really appreciated the work load he had to do on his own to keep the new Prospect owner happy with their new home. Well done Sam.

Sam is a very friendly and helpful site manager. He was very approachable and always resolved any issues we had quickly.
He would go the extra mile to ensure our needs were met.
This is our second new build home, and the service we received from Sam was like no other.

Back in 2020 we bought our first home. Sam was absolutely brilliant his service was unforgettable as a young couple he made the process so much easier and was there to help whenever we needed. Even after they moved sites If we needed his help he would always respond with his advice.

We have now been in our new house for six months and are very happy with the service provided by Prospect Homes. The sales people were excellent, especially Jasmine who looked after us from the first meeting to handover.
We have also had great support from all the team since we moved in, quickly sorting the (few) problems and snags that have occurred.
We are delighted with our new home.

Poor experience and communication. Tried to make a deposit on a home and found the whole process appalling. E mailed concerns with no reply, next contact found the prices increased by 20K

I am now approximately £2000 out of pocket after suffering delays of about a year in my attempts to buy plot 73 'The Bembridge' on Prospect's 'The Ridings' development in Longridge, Lancashire which I had to pull out of in May 2023. I cannot honestly recommend this company to anyone - even my worst enemy! I wrote an earlier review on this 'company' in June 2023 and people may find it useful to read it.

Great house, great experience.

We moved into our Prospect home just under two weeks ago and have to say we are thrilled by the support we have received by the team.
The site manager Kieron has been so proactive in getting the initial snags sorted. He along with Mark (customer care) have been brilliant.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported us on this journey from reservation to completion and beyond.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Zoe, Magg's and Jazz at the launch of Prospect's beautiful new homes in Mitton this weekend.
They are all so warm, friendly, professional and helpful in helping me find my forever home.

As with every other Prospect Homes customer, my home was built to a very low standard and has nearly 200 snags. These have been ignored by Prospect and I'll been going through the process of escalation through NHBC and court claim. Avoid at all costs.

Where do I start - rude sales manager who doesn't listen and shouts down the phone if she doesnt like what you say - not interested in customer at all.
Even laughed when we pointed out problems with our home - promised call back then never does - nor does she return calls - very rude woman

One star is too many. Very poor after sales. If you don’t want stress avoid prospect
