Excellent service,always given good and relevant information, and always kept well informed.

We returned to Pure Financial again to find us the best re-mortgage deal and once again they didn't disappoint. We were kept informed by Isabelle every step of the way even lowering out Life/Critical Illness Policy but still ensuring we had a good level of cover. Everything was fully explained by Isabelle and as my partner and I both work full time accommodating meetings that suited us. Always picking up the phone when we needed to check on something or ask a question. We can't fault the service we received.

Excellent service by Isabelle, kept me well informed all the way and made sure I got the best deal possible.

Danni explained everything and demonstrated great knowledge, she was patient, informative and offered good guidance.
There was also a stronger theme of officialdom and compliance than elsewhere which was confidence inducing. And whilst (my situation) was lengthy everything was completed without issue.
In summary I would fully recommend this broker and stay away from online stuff and non-professional pathways to remortgaging.

I found nothing but exceptional service with the team from start to finish. This process of re mortgaging was so smooth from my initial dealings with Isabelle, who was experienced and efficient answering all my questions.
The online meeting with Naomi, she was professional, quick and the meeting was easy to set up. Naomi was very thorough and explained the processes, She was very supportive and at no point did I feel pressured, I was provided with full details and bullet points to enable me to make a decision.
