14/5/24 I have had this alarm installed as part of our homebuild 8 years ago. It worked OK but was nothing special and it often got triggered for no reason. Three years ago it was 'upgraded' to eliminate the issue and allow us to control it from an app. The alarm still gets triggered by something as little as a money spider walking over the sensor. The Home Control app is useless, utterly useless. You cannot contact any Pyronix support. You have to go through your installer which means you are reliant on them responding and they never get a straight answer, nor any help from Pyronix either. Most of the time you get an error message when you try to log on and if you are not at home this means you cannot access your alarm. There is no rhyme or reason as to why the app refuses to work consistently. I am at the end of my tether with this alarm and am now going to shell out a fortune to have it taken out and replaced. Please stay well clear of Pyronix.
Update on 31/724. I have left my original one star review above but felt I owe Pyronix an update as they have been very helpful in resolving the issue. The issue was with the installer (Horsham security) who simply didn't know how to install or update the alarm and it turns out that with the 'upgrade' they fixed some of the components with sticky tape!). Pyronix went out of their way to help me sort the issue and find a new company to take over and maintain the alarm going forward. Everything works now as it should. I've taken one star off the review as I do think the control panel can only be maintained by an installer but it is easy to use once programmed. Thank you Pyronyx

Customer service is excellent, the area sales manager is great as is their technical support, they know their products and usually get the issue either resolved or at least identified allowing you to sort it quickly. You also don’t need to wait for hours to get through and they do call you back unlike other security manufacturers.

I have installed an Enforcer system for the first time and was surprised at all the options and ease of use for the end users, a very well thought out piece of kit and i'm told it's very reliable, the app is great and simple to use as well.

I have had the alarm fitted now for 6 years and the app has never worked correctly since the “app upgrade”it sometimes works then I just get error messages, I can’t get the geofence to work it won’t let me edit it doesn’t give me notification when I leave the house. The old app was so much better never had a problem with it.

The company itself, was a good company. The tech team excellent. I had a problem loading the phone sound, when someone rang the door bell.
They spent so much time trying to help sort that out, even though we could get it all on another phone. BUT neither of us could always open the app, and it took so long, when we did, the person would have left the door,by then. We were told that they were improving the app, but not sure how long that would have taken. All in all, service and tech team absolutely excellent, app, itself, for us, not good. But that was just us.
As always top service from tech team , very good customer service, support helpful in everything they do

When the door bell is activated the klaxon noise on my phone is so bad that I can no longer have 'sound' on my phone. It is so bad that I deeply regret having it installed in my home. I'd tell anyone thinking of having it to go to ring instead.

Updated since discussions with Pyronix: Reported previously that I had the Pyronix Euro 46 v10 installed a few years back. I echo the other comments here about the app and I requested my alarm company - SPYALARMS - to deprogram the need for an app. A couple of engineers failed to deprogram it properly - instead suggesting I replace the whole system despite it being only a few years old. I contacted Pyronix who were helpful in their advice and gave me ammunition to get the alarm maintenance company - SPYALARMS - to return and then admit that there was no fault.
Renewed conclusion :
1. Pyronix have good customer service but need to improve their app (hence losing 1 star)
2. Avoid certain alarm maintenance companies such as SpyAlarms who try to con customers to unnecessarily replace systems.

Having had significant iOS app connection issues with my Pyronix Euro 46 alarm system, I reached out to Pyronix customer support. Although they are primarily geared up to discuss technical issues with alarm installers, they did help me via email (and also a phone call, which I missed).
Customer support supervisor Emma W. sent me a PDF manual, helped me to check my WiFi signal strength, considered the various app errors I was getting and finally suggested an alternative hard-wired connection module, might be needed.
Getting the alarm installer back in today resulted in an upgraded WiFi board with external aerial, and the signal strength now supports regular connection to the alarm's control app. They also enabled silent alarm setting so I don't disturb my wife (who always goes to bed earlier than me) when setting the door sensor alarms.
Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome, so thank you Emma, Pyronix [and also Invader Security].
