The Pyronix app no longer works to control the alarm system remotely - constantly get an error message, fails to connect to Pyronix Cloud. I've had my system checked and there is nothing wrong - given the number of identical complaints in the app store, this is very clearly an app/pyronix issue and not a user issue. Yet nothing is done to correct it. This NEVER happened in the previous app, but it is now not fit for purpose, and certainly not worth paying a subscription for.

The pyronix was installed in my home, I have had nothing but trouble, the installer refused to come out unless I pay a call out plus another hour of Labour charges. This security system is not for the general household. My mother who was 83 when this was installed was in no way able to use this system. I'm looking for someone else to install a more used friendly system. Will never recommend this system to anyone else.

Very helpful technical guy Richard. Called me back after me calling and having an issue with updating insite via website. He had a slight glitch with the link he sent me so I said I call later. But he persevered after call ended and called me back and it was all sorted. Very much appreciated the help.

The best technical service I have ever used. Sent a whats app request which came back within seconds as need to contact the tech phone line as it was a complex issue, before I could open my contacts to give them a call my phone was ringing with a tech to talk me through my issue. Within 5 minutes of my first request all was sorted. I am very happy with the service and the Pyronix kit which so far has been very reliable.

Very poor customer service and even poorer alarm system.
You had the chance to resolve my issue on the first call I made to your technical team who advised I should go back to the installer who is no longer in business, he advised if that is the case then your warranty does NOT exist. This is what I call very very poor customer service.

As a homeowner it's very frustrating and expensive that even though I own the equipment, each time there is an issue we have to call an alarm company.
I'll leave you all to make your minds up about them, personally I think their response says it all!
