App connection issues
Hi, just like one of the previous reviews I saw the app takes several times before it connects. I really like it when it works but I suspect there is a technical issue that causes this. It certainly is not my internet connection that is reported each time the connection fails. Please sort this out Pyronix 🙏

Pyronix when are you going to sort your app out…
Arrgh Pyronix when are you going to sort out the issues with the HomeControl2.0 App. My alarm is fantastic, it works perfectly with one exception. The App. It repeadly fails to connect, after about 5 attempts it eventually connects, alarm has a signal of 19. So frustrating!

good equipment supported well
The product itself is well featured and reasonably easy to install, with one minor hiccup which a quick 'phone call to technical resolved there and then.

When selecting the DoorbellCam via the app there should be a battery status displayed in the top left hand corner next to the SD/HD setting, once this reaches below 10% we would recommend to charge the Doorbell.
Lack of support
Look, I love the Pyronix products, I have an alarm and the battery cam. My issue is that there is no helpline or support for customers. You're supposed to go through your installer which isn't helpful if they are away or uncontatable. Please tell me if there is a way to contact the manufacturer when you have a problem or a question

Thank you for your review. I can confirm we do have a Customer Support Team available if you are experiencing any issues accessing the app or require product information. However, for technical support e.g. if there is a fault with the equipment, if you require further products installed etc. we are limited on the information we can provide, as we cannot advise technical support to end users, as the system is not a DIY kit and must be maintained and serviced by a professional engineer. However, you can contact us at – customer.support@pyronix.com and we will try to assist as much as possible.

Second to none, if there to busy to answer they will always call you back guaranteed and will sort your enquiry no matter how long. I’ve been installing Pyronix for 6-7 yrs and still forget the smallest of things, the team know there stuff.

I have used pyronix support many times…
I have used pyronix support many times over the last 6 or 7 years and have never had an occasion where they couldnt not only answer the question completely, but usually also had some extra useful bits of information to add
Very knowledgeable on not only the products, but on real world installations too which is a breath of fresh air nowadays with tech support
They also wait until the call is finished to laugh at me when its a stupid question or when I am having a blond moment too which is always appreciated lol :)
I cant sum them up more than it being the gold standard for tech support

Being a professional security installer, l had a slight issue with some data on a certain device, I contacted the technical team for advice in this matter. Got through to technical very quick, after putting my issue to them they quickly resolved my this for me, great service.

Pyronix, great products & staff!
Pyronix alarms are easy to install and setup,and everytime I've needed technical support, their well trained technical team are always friendly and professional, and quickly resolve any issues. I'm new to the security side I things, but with Pyronix online training videos from their website (very thorough and easy to follow) coupled with their excellent customer service, I cannot fault their company or products at all.
