We had been having problems for a few days but when we contacted Quickline they were very efficient and we were extremely satisfied. Mark Wood our engineer was really thorough and fitted us a new router and 2 boosters. He didn’t leave until he was certain everything was working well. Thank you.

Poor New Customer Service Experience
My excitement about finally getting decent broadband has been dampened somewhat. Engineer came to install to the property on 8 May. Cabling all in place, wall box & router sorted…connection from the network dead. Engineer investigated and confirmed there was a fault “somewhere further up” and raised a fault ticket. After a few days and no contact I rang. Spent 45 mins being passed from Sales to Tech Support to Operations to Onboarding. Onboarding finally managed to help & fault resolution date set for 19 May. 19 May - no contact so rang Onboarding again. Told it may be 19 or 20 May. 20 May - no contact so rang Onboarding. Another 20 mins being passed around. Operations told me the fault had been fixed on the network, my issue was now back with my property install so needs and engineer. Nothing so far, assuming I’ll hear nothing and I’ll have to ring again.
Such a poor customer experience and I’m not even connected yet so still have some broadband with current supplier. Heaven help me once connected and there’s an issue - less than ideal for a home worker!

Alvin B installed our Quickline broadband today and he was great. A lovely, respectful guy who did a quick and neat job. He assisted us with our questions about the connection of various devices.

Engineer Josh arrived today,sorted it all for us,including setting up our printer which has been problematic in the past.
Josh clearly explained any queries we had,and took the time to sort everything before leaving.
Very happy with Quickline.
Quick speed check,now at 198mbps,on a 200mbps contract.

We had problems with BT and Plusnet not doing their bit initially which. took some time. I eventually rang Paul Sanderson,our rep. As it happened he was not far away and said would I like him to come down.He was true to his word and got things sorted out for us. He's a great chap with a great sense of humour(Australian style). Well worth five stars.
Quickline Broadband install (Nathan M)
The engineer (Nathan.M) arrived promptly and his installation was excellent. He had to negotiate through lots of greenery to put the external wiring up. Everything we asked him to do was no trouble at all. He even offered to remove flagstones if we didn't want the wiring showing.
We were very pleased with the whole experience and also the eventual appearance.
Everything was explained thoroughly and we would recommend him and this company. Whole expereince excellent and we are very impressed with him and the company. Friendly and polite throughout.

A great visit by Brandon P from Quickline to upgrade our Boundless connection to Quickline. Despite some technical challenges he stuck with it and after a long day succeeded in getting the new connection working.
