Very good quality windows but their…
Very good quality windows but their customer service is not what I expected. The pre-sales team is made of one person that doesn't answer emails. Probably too busy. Also, I complained that I didn't receive enough support regarding the measurements of the window I took. I got a window that is way too big for the space available, resulting in a lot of work for my builder (and extra charge). Quickslide didn't apologise. They actually said they don't take responsibility. I won't order from them again.

Beware the billing department.
First of all my let me say the sales team are great and the product is really good.
My first hint the back office isn't such a smooth operation was when the delivery driver recommend I found my chequebook and give him a cheque rather than try to phone payment through to the office. He had some choice words that would be unfair to repeat here.
Unfortunately I did still have to deal with the office as they contacted me about an 'underpayment' that wasn't on my quote or original invoice. In hindsight it would have been easier to pay up rather than have to endure collection emails, having to send photographic proof of quote, and a phone call which I admit I lost my temper due to the complete incompetence I was facing.
Eventually they said they would credit my account, but it had to be signed off by a director first! So I was instructed to ignore any more collection emails that might come in the meantime. What a crazy way to treat a customer over a £20 billing error.
Sorry didn't really cover being messed about so much.

Good morning Paul,
Thank you for taking the time to submit your experience with Quickslide. From the sounds of it, it did not live up to our general standards and for that I do apologise. Feedback is what shapes our organisation (whether good or bad) and we will certainly use yours to review the current process from sales to payment. We’re always keen to explore ways in which we can improve so if you would like to elaborate on your experience, please send a message to marketing@quickslide.co.uk.

Front door
Quick slide were brilliant from start to finish.
They did what they said they would and couldn’t have been more helpful. The person who fitted the door did a splendid job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm.

We have replaced all our existing windows which were not in keeping with the property (Georgian windows) these have been replaced after the professional sales persons (adam) visited our property to advice us. Now we have the proper Victorian sash to match our existing build, all windows including 2 huge bays have been replaced and supplied by quick slide.
excellent value and the fitting service on our last installation was premier league quality.
highly recommend this company.

Wonderful windows and service
Thank you for the wonderful windows that have been fitted by Paul who is a true artist.
I know a number of tradesmen I have used for years and I rely on but Paul is one of the best I have ever met (I have moved about 11 times in 20 years). I am very happy with the finishing and the way he has treated my property.
I am also very satisfied with the overall service that you have provided me from the first day I have contacted you.
Best regards

Sliding Sash Windows
Just had a couple of sliding sash windows fitted by Steve and Giles who did an excellent job. We asked them to remove the old box sash windows completely for a more traditional look which they did (a dusty job). They fitted the new windows really well and they look very convincing from the outside. The guys tidied and hoovered up afterwards. They were noticeably careful carrying large tools and old windows through the house so my new paintwork was completely unmarked.
