Arrived quickly and in great condition!!!

I only want to give 4 stars right now since I only used it once. It went up very easy, taking down also easy. My only concern is the fabric seems thin so I worry on the longevity of use. I typically use only for camping so not many times a year. It did rain on this first use and we only had a small leak where one of the velcro straps at the top. Very pleased with that as it was a very heavy rain.

The tent went together well when you follow the instructions, but our canopy came missing two grommets.

Was pleasantly surprised that I ordered a car port and the product is great. I paid a fraction of the price that local dealers are asking.

Customer service was good at responding when the shipment was delayed to due recent pandemic, etc. They then followed up to make sure the item was received.

The pricing was great but the tent pole connections were flimsy and tough to assemble. It did not hold up well in rain and wind. In hindsight I would have bought the heavy duty version and paid more. I have a larger heavy duty tent which has served well so far

excellent service and most of all warranty. sent photos of my recent purchased 10' x 20' canopy with damaged covers (slight stitches unravelling). within 30 minutes they respond to my email with a positive reply. (quictent are sending a replacement cover 10'x 20') for free. happy & satisfied customer here! I trust and like Quictent!!! thank you Quictent!

I purchased a steel framed bed from this company through WalMart’s website. I was so bummed when I had a piece break on the bed. I reached out to this company and they were so helpful. They sent me the bed chart so I could select the piece I needed. I received it within days. They were so polite and helpful. Months later another piece broke, and again the same great Customer Service and my bed is new again. I would definitely order from them again.

Shipped in great time, and was easy to set up and get in place. It held up great to wind and rain until we got a microburst which threw the whole thing over the house into the back yard.

I contacted Quictent customer service and within a week, I had replacement poles. They even replaced the tarp portion due to a defect in the original so minor I had not worried about it originally.

The customer service is superb, the canopy is the best one for the money by a mile, as far as I’ve seen. I will not hesitate to get a Quictent in the future anytime I need a decent canopy.

I recently asked to purchased 6 legs, 4 t-connectors and a frame piece that were all badly bent beyond fixing, after a severe storm came through in my area. This company, Quictent US went beyond and above any customer service I have ever dealt with before. They responded by sending me the parts free of charge, in today business experiences where money is the bottom line, I was truly surprised and impressed with this show of satisfying the customer at all cost. Professionalism and truly standing behind a great product, if ten stars were possible, believe me you guys would get it, thanks from a valued customer whom is humbled and grateful for these heroic actions. pretty easy to put together if u do it with 2 people. worked well to start....but living in Los Angeles I didnt have to deal with wind til around 2 months in. first sign of rough wind and all the bungee ties broke off. I hit customer service about it though and they sent new ties quickly so im happy about that. im gonna hold off on attaching them for a few months tho when the weather gets better haha
