I received my package on Thursday, July 23, 2020. When I opened the package on Saturday July 25, 2020, and removed the case. It had mold all over it. There is
a small mall tear on one end of the case. I pulled the tent out about 6" and discovered that it was dirty.
This is a used product. I need to return it. I have called twice and left messages. I have not received a response.

The tent was junk. The wind picked it up and collapsed it and ripped it at the graduation

Very poor quality products, made in China. Instructions are no help at all. You must try to figure out what to do with poor drawings. Wrong part included and we still do not have the replacement after a week. The 10x20 greenhouse is just sitting outside partially assembled. Poor customer support. Don’t waste your money. The greenhouse is NOT returnable since you will never be able to repackage it.

Defect in material at sites where velcro attached tent to frame; had to reinforce with small patches of tape. Otherwise, love it!

Great customer service from Milka. Item arrived on Friday and hubby put it up in about 30 minutes. Appears very sturdy and perfect for our use. Will see what the winter does to it.

We love our new pop up canopy with screen sides. With a son that is afraid of bees, we have used it as a way for him to feel safe outside. It has enabled him to swim in our inflatable pool and join us for family dinners.

The setup is super easy. While ideal for two people, I've put it up and taken it down by myself multiple times. Also, the quality seems to be top notch. I love the wheeled bag that it comes in, which helps in bringing it from our garage to backyard.

We look forward to having this for future tailgating once our kids get older and some normalcy returns. The screen removable which will be useful if we don't want it on for games.

Good tent for what it costs, no problems assembling, fairly simple instructions & excellent customer service, nice & friendly. Received item in about 4 business days from ordering. Wouldn't use it for every day use, but occasional use seems like it will hold up fine

Had an issue with a zipper breaking issue was quikly resolved! new screen on its its way.

Great product! I was looking for a canopy to keep mosquitoes away. I normally get eaten alive on camping trips and have to go inside the tent in the evenings, so I wanted a place I could still be social but avoid getting a million bites. This is perfect! It’s lightweight and very easy to set up. The waterproof top worked flawlessly, and we got many comments from other campers asking where we got it. I was worried it would be hard to pack into the bag again but it was a breeze. Smart design, quality product - we would get this again in the future!

The 10 x 10 screen tent was easy to assemble* and is keeping the mosquitos away while letting us enjoy the view of our garden, and still getting the cooling breeze, too. it has also done well in the rain. It is big enough for 4 people to sit 6ft apart, so eventually plan to use it to socialize outdoors with a few friends

I did have trouble when one of the zipper pulls slid off--I put it back on but did not not realize it was on wrong-side out. It took awhile to figure out, but then it worked fine. Just be careful when you unpack the screen sides that the zipper pulls don't come off.
It does help to have 2 people to assemble it, but I was able to disassamble easily by myself.

I ordered a 10' x 10' Pop-Up Canopy with a mesh side screen. It was easy to assemble; however, the mesh side screen was defective, and there was a gap which preventing me from being able to zip it closed. I contacted Quicten US via e-mail and received a response from Jasmine asking me to provide pictures which I did. The next day she followed up and said that a replacement was being sent. I received it within a few days, and it fit perfectly. I am very satisfied with the quality, and the company provides exceptional service. It's a great company to deal with!

The customer service is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of after your purchase if you need technical support or have any concerns.

We bought the 10x20 carport with the steel reinforcement cables and are very happy it. We've had it up for a little over a month. During that time we've had some pretty nasty storms and the tent didn't falter at all. It really does a great job with the elements and it provides much needed shade here in the sweltering Austin summer. Customer service was exceptional dealing with a few minor replacements!

fits nicely on my deck at 8'x8.' ....wished there was a 6'x6' version but this is ok. A bit difficult for one person to put up but just takes patience and moving back and forth. It has held up well for a month through a couple of storms. Green color blends with the yard

Some of my tent poles were damaged from high winds; once Quictent was made aware of damaged poles, they were quick to respond to my needs through excellent customer service and parts shipment. Customer Service was very attentive to my problem and pleasant to work with; parts were made available free of charge, except for a reasonable shipping fee. Tent is up; Excellent Job!

The instructions that come with it are very inadequate. I contacted customer service, and they were very helpful, and responded quickly. Unfortunately, even the instructions they sent were still very inadequate.

Excellent customer service. Minor issue with mesh side that was resolved quickly and easily by Quictent. Recommend to a friend.

Easy assembly, I did it myself in about 30 min. Good materials, sturdy, good quality plastic. Only bummer is the chicken wire type shelves, they don’t hold much weight. I doubled em up, one on top of another and it helps a ton.
