Fast ship- though I didn’t get all 3 boxes at once, 2 came in 2 days and the 3rd came on day 3. No problem. I kinda wish I was given all 3 tracking id’s. They only give you 1 for the shipment. I was a little worried I wasn’t going to get the 3rd package.
The 12X20 tent is nice and tall, rounded and has wide entrances. The doors and the roof lace on, which is a little weird and the instructions are very vague on the doors. Because of the rounded top and support truss pieces, I believe this tent is going to hold up to winter elements. I might get some heavier stakes, the ones you get aren’t even a foot long. I really like the oblong shaped tubes. Wing nuts really make this tent easy to put together and not time consuming. I did not have to use any tools! Overall it looks like a good tent even though the cover wasn’t as heavy duty as I thought it would be. The design may compensate for the lighter material. We will see how it holds up its first Maine winter!

We reached out to Pearl, Customer Service, at Quictent because we had damaged our canopy top and need to replace it. She was extremely helpful and efficient. We now have our new canopy top for a very reasonable price. Transaction was very smooth.

Easy ordering, fast shipper

I am so pleased. I didn’t think I was going to be able to get the new style tarp for my chicken run. But you guys came thru and the price was totally fair. I’m so excited I can’t wait to get it on my chicken run especially since the rainy season is definitely upon us. Great job!!!

Borrowed a friend’s Quictent for our wedding and the wind picked up and the tent collapsed, bending 8 of the poles. When I finally got a response, and after several emails, they agreed to send me replacement poles for $27. Thought that was a great deal until I got an email shortly after saying the poles I needed were damaged in the packaging process and they are now out of stock, but I could buy a new tent for $500 after there “special” discount of only $69.

Their quality and design doesn’t hold up to moderate weather, and their service is terrible, so buyer beware.

I ordered my greenhouse cover on Monday, and received it on Wednesday. Excellent service and shipping was amazing.

The directions were some of the worst I’ve ever used. I reinforced my greenhouse and it was almost like what the one that in your email. I’ll have a much better working knowledge in the spring!

I have been a loyal Quictent customer for years because of their outstanding customer service I get every time I need something.

I would not say a 2,-3 hour build. 3 people for the first 3 hours, yes the temp was about 50 degree, then 2 people for another 2 hours. Yes, we are more anal retentive than usual. The instructions are okay not as crystal clear that I had hoped. Plan on silicone to secure a few panels. Over all. Very pleased, although I can see wind more than 15kts being an issue during the build.

Good value and just what the doctor ordered.

I researched pop up tents with sides for more than a month before purchasing from Quictent. I need it to add living space outside my tiny trailer. Quictent is the only company I found with a large portion of positive reviews. I received my 8x8 and am very happy with it. My only disappointment is I wanted the sides to zip together to keep out bugs and the weather. The tent I purchased attaches to the posts using Velcro. However, we’ve had a couple of storms since I put up my Quictent and it stayed dry inside despite not fully being sealed on all sides.

I placed my order online. I got an immediate shipping notification. My order arrived within three days! There was no damage. ONLY missing parts were one bolt and two nuts which were easily replaced with a home depot run! The instructions were precise and easy to follow. All the parts and pieces were alphabetically and numerically labeled. I had my carport assembled by two professional frame builders. It took them nearly four hours to get it together which includes the down time for a trip to Home Depot. I am quite pleased with my purchase. I can only assume the roofing is solid because amazingly, I have had not one drop of rain since the structure was erected! If there should be a problem, I feel Quictent will be there for me.

It broke the first time I put it up. I was looking for return options and it looks like there aren’t any. I would have expected better quality for what I paid for.

WOW. Simply an Amazing Company and easy to work with during a warranty claim.
They work diligently in helping the customer out when in need. They back up their product and truly go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Their communication when working through a warranty claim was spot on. They not only made sure to stay in contact with me but helped me throughout every step of the way in making sure I was fully satisfied with my product.
I highly recommend their product not just because it’s a great product, but having the peace of mind of knowing you have their full support is amazing.
