Having been a vendor at Fairs and Festivals for MANY years, we have bought and used a lot of different canopies. The service from this company is top-notch. The metal canopy frames are VERY STRONG and the silver coating on the underside of the fabric top reflects the sun keeping us nice and cool under the canopy. The downside of this canopy is that the fabric top fits too tightly and strains the seams. Customer Service Team has stated that they are communicating with their factory to make appropriate adjustments. Even that said dollar for dollar this is THE BEST CANOPY for the money that I Have used. Keep up the good work and I will be a loyal customer. Thank you!

The original shipment had a damage bracket part which the chicken run could not be completed. Customer service did an awesome job by not only sending me the part, but sent me the entire kit.

My 10 x 20 pop up canopy won’t “popup” over the metal springs. What a complete headache and waste of my time. Not quick, does not work. Do not buy this garbage.

This product is cheaply made. The chicken wire is extremely thin way thinner than what you get from lowe’s. Trying to pull is tight and zip tie it was a pain. it’s not straight and tight because if you pull to much you start messing up the fence. The frame is put together easy but flimsy as well. The door and latches are super cheap with huge corner 3-4 inch gaps at the bottom. easy for a chick to get out. the door looks like crap because you have to wrap it in the fencing which makes it hard to open and close. because the fencing is on the door the edges are sharp and get stuck on the other side of the fencin. the whole cage doesn’t sit fly ah on the ground. Which is a problem because small animals can get in easier and the chicks can get out. We had to lay bricks all the way around the bottom so the chicks wouldn’t escap. The pegs the cage sits on makes it come off the ground too much. over all its cheaply made and flimsy and Not worth 400 bucks. I wanted to return it but didn’t have a choice. Chicks were here and didn’t have time to do anything else.

I have to comment on the outstanding customer service I received today. Betty responded quickly to my requests with clear understanding and consistent, insightful comments to my many requests.

We use quictent tent last month，the tent was exceptional, perfect for the wedding. We had 28 MPH winds for about two hrs and everyone was comfortable The tent was worth every penny its very sturdy. And very well made.
It took about 3 hrs to put together very easy to follow instructions.

I ordered a greenhouse in 2022 and a replacement cover in 2023. The greenhouse stood up well to as high as 60mph winds, but when we had a storm a few weeks ago, the winds exceeded 80mph. The cover and 4 or 5 of the support poles were damaged. It nevertheless was impressive as to how well it held up. I decided to order an entire replacement, but unfortunately ordered the incorrect size. Once I determined my error, I contacted Quictent. I informed them that I had removed 4 of the poles in preparation for assembly when I realized my error. The screw package was not opened, the poles I removed were rewrapped with shrink wrap as I received them, and everything went back into the box. Everything was in it's original condition as when I received it. I was informed that because the shipping box had been opened, I would receive NO REFUND. I admit it was my ordering mistake and would gladly pay a restocking fee, but nope...the box was opened, it's your greenhouse. JUST BE AWARE! YOU OPEN THE BOX, NO REFUND!
EDIT: After many back and forth emails, I was able to send back the tent and get a refund minus a $30 restocking fee which I felt was more than fair. I have increased the star rating because the product itself holds up very well. Although initially I didn't get the response I wanted, they always were very responsive.

Quictent canopy products are very low quality. The cover seams separated after the first time it was set up. When you ask for support, they try to sell you a replacement cover (disguising it as a "handling fee"). If you care about quality and support, go elsewhere

After a year and 5 days I let Martina know that the cover for the popup had split. She said they were out of the color and would not be getting it back until the end of July, but the color would be different and she would allow a special discount but no to any leeway with the warranty. After you purchase from them, they want nothing else to do with you. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!

For some weather reason, my 10x20 top cover was damaged after 7 month. I contact with Quictent support, specially with the help of Ms. Doria, they sent me the replacements like top cover and bungee cords as I requested under warranty policy in the short time.

Purchased an "upgraded heavy duty carport" that was supposed to be galvanized steel. It was actually cheap aluminum with shoddy welding of joints. The carport collapsed within 2 weeks during a gentle 5 mph breeze gust. When I contacted the company for their 30 day guarantee, they didn't want to replace the product. They wanted to give me a "special discount" to buy a new one. When I refused, they then offered to send me a new frame if I paid them $80 for shipping. I can build my own frame out of PVC for $80, and it will be much stronger than the junk they are passing off as galvanized steel.

This is a scam company that DOES NOT STAND BY ITS STATED POLICIES!
DO NOT BUY FRIM THIS COMPANY. I cancelled my order 8hrs after placing it because of the reviews and the somewhat hidden info on product durability. They state a 24hr grace period. Now they are denying my refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIPOFF COMPANY!!!

I have reached out to this company to BUY a replacement cover for the greenhouse they make. They are making it impossible. 4 emails and they are still asking for my receipt. I purchased it on amazon not from them. I guess if you didn't buy it from them then they don't care. For those of you thinking of buy7ing this greenhouse, don't will only last 6 months outdoors.

If you want a company can provide you a replacement forgot about Quicktent.After over 20 messages back and forth they was pushing me to Kip the wrong replacement was a rooftop of the upgraded carport.They claim to have guaranty but the guaranty didn’t cover if the damage is caused by weather aversion so in other words is not guaranty.Horrible costumer service.
