Quictent lives up to their promise
I bought a 20' x 40' event tent which came a day early short one box. There were 7 for my tent. I called and email
Quincey and they were great. They located the last box and informed me as to when it would be delivered and sure thing it came the next day. Everything fits perfectly and I put it up myself. Having two do it would be easier though. I could not have asked for more support. Quiche t is great to work with.

Not only is this product a good buy but…
Not only is this product a good buy but the customer support is outstanding. Our raised garden arrived and a corner piece was missing. Contacted customer support and was surprised to see a response the very next day. They asked for some additional information and said the part would be ship. Image our surprise when the part arrived 4 days later. This product deserve a 5 rating, but customer support deserves a 10! Thanks again.

Joy in customer support is absolutely the best ever. Our tent was damaged in the wind , our own fault, and she bent over backwards to help get our restaurant back up and running during the pandemic. I can't recommend Quictent enough. As advertised these are not designed for high winds but they are well made.
Replacement parts
My car tent was damaged from high winds and Joy @ Quick tent worked promptly to get replacement poles sent to me. I couldn't ask for better service.
You get what you pay for.
I received a 20 x 10 x 7 greenhouse as a gift. I set it up in April 2021. The anchor staples are useless unless you live somewhere where the wind is nonexistent. You must secure it better. The tent worked fine until September when the screens in the windows started to rot away and the velcro for the window coverings no longer worked. Then we had a wind storm which caused the tent to collapse, breaking many poles. Customer service offered to replace the tent at a higher cost than what the same tent was selling for online. Steer away from this company.
Am I being scammed???
I submitted a request for info. to buy a replacement cover for a 20' X 10' completely enclosed carport from this company in 2019 off of AMAZON. It came fast and was everything they said it would be. I need to replace the roof now. When I hear back from someone who had extremely terrible English at 2 am, they were unable to understand exactly what I needed. I finally circled a picture of the cover needed, the model # and I was told to pay a certain amount of $ to their PayPal account and directed me to an email address instead. When I pointed this out to them they (Phoebe) have not responded. I wish this company had a phone # so you can talk to a real service rep. I strongly felt I was being scammed by someone who may have hacked their site and made me a "real good deal" with FREE shipping for a new cover.

Missing parts
I ordered a Quictent mini greenhouse this past July but did not open the package until November as I wasn't ready to use the greenhouse. Unfortunately the package was missing two of the frame pieces for the roof of the greenhouse. I notified the seller/shipper and was contacted immediately and given the necessary information in order to submit my claim for the missing parts. Joy contacted me from Quictent and guided me through the process and ultimately I received the parts in a very timely matter. Joy performed her job perfectly and professionally in order to make it all happen. Would recommend Quictent due to my very good experience with them and especially Joy.
best customer service yet
This company has the best customer service I have encountered in years.
I asked for a replacement canopy to purchase as mine was getting old and brittle. They responded asap with info and said the color I requested was not currently available but would notify me when it came in stock. Less than a week later I received a notification that that color was in and how to purchase it.

20 x 40 Tent...Arrived within 2 weeks via fedex. Had some issues with the roof, but Green with Quictents shipped out a new one ASAP. Excellent product with great customer service!

Poorly made. Leaks or breaks in 1 season of light use.
Poorly made. Don't trust these reviews. We bought two 10x10 and they fall apart and leak with light use in only one season.
Buy ABC or similar. Visit any FARMERS MARKET and see what they use.
The best always have center supports and last for Yearsof heavy use, for the same or less cost.

Quictent stands behind their product. I bought a party tent which was successfully adequate for my party. The next day a thunderstorm rolled in before i could dismantle, and it caused minor damage to 3 connectors. I called customer service that day. their rep Joy was very helpful and intervened to get replacement parts shipped to me via Fedex before my planned second use.
I am a very satisfied customer. I had similar issues in the past using another tent brand, and they were essentially unresponsive.

Beach umbrella - great product and incredible customer service.
Recently purchased a beach umbrella. It works great, and appears to be of high quality. I noticed one minor defect, which was not necessarily the fault of the manufacturer. I emailed their customer service, and Nova responded in a matter of hours and resolved the situation. Many other vendors could take a lesson from Quictent's customer service staff.
AMAZING customer service & product
I purchased my tent 3 years ago and needed replacement parts. I noticed the tent design has changed but decided to email customer service. They responded within 24hrs, stating those parts are no longer available BUT if they find any they will send to me FREE of charge! 2 days later, the parts arrived! Who does that? Then they followed up to make sure I received the parts. AMAZING - thanks Joy, you were a JOY to work with.
