Joy was excellent at fixing my problem. She asked the right questions and found the right part for my tent. 100% satisfied.

I PURCHASED MY 10X10 TENT IN MAY FOR USE IN JUNE. THE TENT WAS MALFUNCTIONING AND ONE OF THE LEGS WAS BROKEN. THE LEG KEPT FALLING OFF BECAUSE THE SCREW TO SNAP IT INTO PLACE WAS TOO SMALL AND IT COULDN'T CONNECT PROPERLY WITH THE HOLE(S). AFTER THE SECOND WEEK TRYING TO WORK WITH THIS PIECE OF JUNK I CALLED THE COMPANY ONLY TO GET YUMMY TO CONTINUOUSLY REQUEST PICTURES. THIS WENT ON FOR WEEKS AND TO DATE NO RESOLVE. I SENT PICTURES, EXPLAINED THE PICTURES AND WAS TOLD MORE EXPLANATION WAS NEEDED! THE LAST EMAIL RECEIVED FROM YUMMY REQUESTED STILL MORE EXPLANATION AND IF I WOULD BE OK WITH A $25 REFUND! NO! THAT IS A QUARTER OF WHAT I PAID FOR THIS TENT! A FULL REFUND IS IN ORDER HERE! SO FURIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a storm go through and bent up 5 poles I dealt with JOY and she went above and beyond to make everything right this is THE best customer service that I have EVER dealt with and i got to say my canopy is great and easy to put up and down thanks for everything

We’ve gotten a lot of use out of our 10 x 20 quictent. One of poles bent due to an unexpected downpour of rain. I contacted Customer Service and Joy was quick to respond and is sending me a replacement piece for free. I appreciate the quick resolution so we can prepare for the next party.

What a great customer service and product they have, we had over 4 feet of snow in a single day that did a number on our canopy and with a great job by Heather we were able to replace the bent poles and have it back up! It will be the only canopy we will ever buy again and would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase one.

Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Order came quicker than they said. I also contacted customer service to get an extra window for my tent and they responded so quickly and professionally. This is the customer service level that we all hope for. Great product, easy to set up and great quality. Would definitely order from them again.

We ordered replacement plastic covers for our greenhouse tent. We received immediate response from Joy. The only problem was that the directions for actually ordering and paying for them were very vague. When we got that taken care of, everything went quickly and smoothly. Joy followed up with the order, making sure they were delivered and in the best condition. Thank you for your response, and for following up.

Bought an 9X10 greenhouse mid season last year and it was great. Was excited to get going with it this year and was disappointed to see the welds on the frame were breaking and one was completely gone.
contact customer service and they responded quickly, parts ordered for replacement and shipped out at no cost under warranty. The tracking number was supplied and follow up to make sure I received the parts. Awesome customer service!!! Ready to go this season.

The 10x20 Quictent purchased exceeded my expectations! Durable and heavy duty frame. Tent is about 7 months old and it has withheld the strong winds and harsh winter we've had in Chicago, IL. I noticed a small tear on one of the corners of the cover. I reached out to customer service, sent an email with pictures attached and they responded right away. In less than a week they addressed and resolved my issue/concern. I am so satisfied with their customer service and the warranty provided. Will definitely buy Quictent and will recommend their products. Thank you so much!!!

This company has outstanding customer service. Last summer. my husband and I bought the Quictent 10x10 Ez pop up Canopy Tent with Netting Instant Screen House Mesh Screen Walls. The Canopy Tent arrived with a broken part. Quictent sent us a replacement part immediately at no charge.
The canopy tent was absolutely wonderful!  We could sit outside and visit with friends, protected from the sun, bugs, and Covid-19. 
One evening, we put away the cover but left the frame up.  Overnight, an unexpected storm with extremely high winds twisted and broke the frame. We want to use the tent again this summer, so we wrote to customer service. We received a rapid response to our email, with a reasonable offer for a replacement frame. I highly recommend this company.

Noticed a few small holes in the cover after I set it up and contacted quictent us, Heather got back to me ASAP and had a new cover sent out as soon as possible. Very good customer service, i would buy from them again.

We have a 21x29 party tent. It is beautiful for parties and holiday celebrations. My husband has 14 siblings so our family events are large. We get so many compliments about the tent. Rain and wind don’t stop us from outside parties. We even have a regular crew to help us set up and down. We use it about 8 times a year. And so we have had to replace parts. Customer Service is responsive and the warranty is real. I love Quictents. We have ordered 2 smaller ones and the are just as durable. Don’t hesitate buy a Quictent. Definitely worth the price.

I Have had a few issues with the bungee cords and 1 pipe fitting off. Heather at Quictent answered my email right away and parts were delivered on time. Super Customer service. I am buying another one for the boat.

I lost a couple of joints, but I got them replaced for free in just a few days after emailing with Joy. My 10x20 tent is a great deal for the price, and the customer service was terrrific.

Great customer service! We ordered a trampoline in December. We just opened it last weekend and noticed a problem with the mat. I emailed customer service, the got back to me right away and took care of the problem! Joy was a pleasure to work with!
