My tent was destroyed by weather right after building it. I would recommend larger stakes to hold it in place. But working with Joy, they replaced all broken and torn parts. Joy was a joy to work with, and Quictent is a highly reputable company who stands behind their products.

I recently purchased a snow rake but when it came there were missing parts. I contacted customer service. I talked with Joy and she was great. She helped in resolving the issue. I’m very happy with how Joy handle this and would recommend. Great customer service!!!

It has been a great experience working with this company. We ordered a greenhouse shortly after
Christmas put it up a couple weeks later. It looks great. Unfortunately, we had a bad weekend of snow in the Pacific Northwest that came down, smothered it, and bent it up real bad. We contacted the company not really expecting much in terms of warranty, but they simply asked us for the part numbers that we need to fix it and they shipped out, free of charge. They even sent us another plastic covering which I was surprised about. We will most likely be purchasing another one at some point in the future and will probably be going through this company. Thank you Joy for all your help and great customer service.

I bought this greenhouse as a gift for my Dad. It went up in just a couple of hours with two people and we were very impressed by the sturdiness of the overall structure and how warm and toasty it kept his plants inside. The cover is solid and thick. Our only trouble was getting it zipped on one side fully (the other side was no problem). We ended up ripping the zipper in the process. I contacted Heather at customer service and she responded almost immediately. I explained the trouble and she sent me a replacement as promised in their warranty guarantee. It arrived quickly. This greenhouse and the customer service along with it are an excellent value and I highly recommend it! Thanks again Heather!

I purchased the car port last fall and was very happy with the packaging, instructions and even the detail of the gloves provided. I had an issue with some posts bending. I emailed costumer service and detailed what happened. Within a day, Heather responded and within two weeks the repayment posts were at my house no questions asked. Heather followed up to make sure I received what I needed and to let me know they were there for me. I would recommend Quictent 100% and cud’s to Heather and their customer service.

We had some damage to our large outdoor tent so contacted the company about getting some replacement parts. I run a private preschool and the outdoor sheltered space this provided during Covid times was invaluable to us, so time was of the essence to get the tent back up and operational. The company was so helpful to me, supporting me to identify the parts we needed, getting the parts shipped out (free) in a very fast time. Touching base every step of the way, through the safe delivery of what we needed. I can't say enough about how grateful we are, and what an excellent customer service job they did for us. Thank you!

I had purchased the 20x10x6.6 heavy duty portable green house for a Christmas gift. My son and I installed it and loved the easy of installation. We had a storm in Northern CA that brought some snow fall this is unusual for our are we never get more than a passing dusting well by the time we noticed it was snowing it had collapsed the green house and boke the frame beyond repair. I contacted Quictent via their website and received a response in a few hours. I sent pictures of the damage and they quickly sent new parts to repair the frame of the green house at no cost. This damage of course was not under warranty. They kept in constant contact with updates and were very pleasant!! They Have a life long customer here what a refreshing surprise to find this level of customer service still out there! Great Work Quictent KEEP IT UP And thank you!!!

I got a truck tent as a gift, but when I went to set it up one of the poles was broken. I contacted customer service and they were amazing. They sent me a new part for free and kept in contact to make sure everything was in order.

The Tent arrived quickly and was easy to put up. I added duct tape to each joint, and put the legs in cinderblock and poured concrete in them for stability. After 2 months the windows had blown in and after a small snow the tent completely collapsed. So the product is rather cheap.

HOWEVER, customer service is spectacular. I cannot say enough about Green who replaced everything for free.

I am left with a very positive feeling about the company just not the product. Probably better suited in an environment with no snow or much wind.

When I got my tent there were a few pieces missing. I contacted quicktent and with no problem they responded and got me the pieces i needed. Thank You Mr. Green

I highly recommend Quictent for their product and great customer service. We use the tent outside our store to display star lanterns. The tent provides us with a quick easy set up to display our merchandise. Tent is easy to set up and take down, plus it adds a few feet to the size of our store. The tent is also easily seen from the road which helps to bring in more customers.

Fabulous Tent/Not a Long Term Solution
My husband and I loved this tent, especially the size and the mesh walls for our back porch during summer. We could fit several chairs and a porch swing under it. Unfortunately after having up for just two months a rainstorm caused a pool of water which in turn caused the top rails to buckle and snap. We didn't plan to use it year round but I wish it would've made it more than 2 months. I also purchased two of these for my nonprofit organization for events. They work fabulously for those events.

Great customer service. Needed a part due to a strong wind blowing over may awning. Green help me identify the the right part and shipped it to me promptly at no charge. Thanks!

Quick tent was great on replacing the four walls on my 8 x 8 gazebo tent. They handled it in a professional and timely manner. Thanks, greatly appreciated.

A freak wind blew my car port into my neighbors yard.
First surprise was the cover was undamaged. The second surprise was that the company would sell me replacement poles. The replacement poles were very affordable and arrived quickly. The customer service dept. was the third and best surprise - helpful and they cared - wow!

I contacted the company to inquire about procuring some parts for my planter boxes. Surprisingly they got right back to me and confirmed the parts needed. I received them today- less than a week after I contacted them. Their representative, Joy, kept me informed of the progress and was exceptionally helpful.

I had an issue with my canopy that required replacing seven of the poles. I didn’t know if it would be covered by any warranty but I was prepared to purchase them if needed. I was pleasantly impressed that the company was willing to replace them at no cost to me and I couldn’t have asked for a more friendly and helpful customer service agent than Joy. Thanks again

Hi, had ordered the hexagon mini-trampoline and during shipping a small plastic buckle on the jump cloth had been broken. Zupapa sent a new replacement jump cloth within 10 days. Joy was most helpful in making all the arrangements. Thank you!

My tent got caught up in a windstorm and it bent the poles. Quictent quickly helped me get the replacement parts at a very reasonable cost. Joy was fantastic and deserves a raise!
