I have the QUICTENT 10x15 with side…
I have the QUICTENT 10x15 with side walls. I love the size and appearance of my tent. It’s easy to set up and take down. On the second use, I had underestimated the wind that was predicted for that evening. I used the small foot stakes to anchor the tent thinking that would sufficiently secure the tent from harm. I was wrong. The next day, I found the tent up side down with obvious structural damage. After closer inspection, I found three damaged poles and a tear in the tent wall.
I emailed QUICTENT’s customer service and explained what had happened and asked about replacement parts. They verified my purchase on Amazon, then jumped into action. They sent me the replacement parts I needed and didn’t charge me parts, shipping or handling.
I’m so pleased with QUICTENT’s customer service. They went way above and beyond my expectations on helping me get my tent repaired. I will absolutely recommend QUICTENT to anyone. And yes, I will purchase from them in the future.

upset customer turned to very happy customer…
I bought two of these quick shades 10x20 one for myself and one for my father. When assembly of both i realized we where missing parts for one of the two. I reached out to the company’s email and was emailed right away. ( the day after Christmas) I told Joy what parts i needed and they did not question me about anything and immediately sent the hardware and parts i needed to finish assembly. No charge to me for shipping or the parts. i received them within 5 days and i was very please on how they handled the situation. The product so far seems quality and is keeping my boat out of the sun and rain. i’m pleased with the company and will be buying more products from them in the future. I NEVER right reviews on anything and i felt like i had to with this one.
They took care of me after the sale
I had a special need where I needed additional tent poles to fit in the space where I was putting up the tent. Joy was very helpful and accommodating, making sure she knew which poles I was referring to, keeping me informed of when they would be in stock, and then shipping them to me. They were a great company to work with.

Does not honor return policy
I set up the enclosed pop up canopy and the next day it rained for the first time lightly. I woke up to a "waterproof" canopy being NOT waterproof. My stuff was drenched, even after sealing the entire inside walls and floor with 2 mm drop cloths and tarps to ensure everything was safe. Their "waterproof" ceiling was not waterproof. I emailed their customer service and heard back 24 hours later and was told that they could not honor their return policy of a full refund despite there being a manufacturing defect or error (their return policy states a full refund in this case). This was even after the customer agent said that it was most likely because of a manufacturing defect. After having this experience, I started reading reviews on this site about them, and sure enough everyone who had a warranty or legitimate return was denied one. They even told me that their canopies that are marketed as waterproof with "silvox technology"was not made for wind or rain. Huh? I am reporting them to the FTC, Consumer Affairs, and the Better Business Bureau. It is clear that if you are lucky enough to get a decent product (which you might in all fairness to the company), you might give a fair review. If for any reason there is an issue, they will not own up to it. They offered to send me a replacement cover not a refund even though they themselves admitted to it being a manufacturing defect (returnable and refundable by their very own return policy). Reading similar reviews like not actually honoring their warranty or replacement parts policy is not a surprise...the reviewers are not exaggerating... these are Quictents business practices. Their goal seems to be to keep your money, not give customer service that actually honors what they advertise, and market products as waterproof when they acknowledge that they are not made for rain...shady at best.
UPDATE: After a lot of back and forth and stating to them that I had reported them to the FTC and Better Business Bureau (which I did), they finally refunded me my money. Someone shouldn't have to do this to get a refund that is protected by their own return policy. Never have I had to report a retail business for this to any agency until now. First time for everything.

Wonderful assistance
I purchased the 20x10x7 greenhouse a year ago and as I was setting it up again this year, I found I needed additional parts. I contacted Quictent and communicated with Heather. She was wonderful - she told me exactly what I needed to do and in less than 5 days I had the parts I needed to set my greenhouse back up. Wonderful person and company to deal with!

My roof canopy was destroyed in high winds experienced during hurricane season. I worked with Joy on replacement. The company was fabulous and I highly recommend them. I bought a replacement and it was sent to me.
Great customer service, excellent quality tent
I am so happy I got my tent from Quictent! The customer service has been phenomenal and the warranty is fantastic. I received my tent in time for Thanksgiving, but needed another connector (my dog ate one!). Joy was super helpful, mailed me one immediately. We were able to gather safely outdoors, in the pouring rain, dry and comfortable.
I was so pleased with the company's customer service and the quality of the tent, I bought a second one from them. I am so grateful to Joy and Quictent, they have helped extend our outdoor gatherings during this uncertain time.

Great customer service! A big wind gust flipped the tent over and broke some of the parts. I wrote the company to get some replacement parts, fully expecting to pay for them, The parts were shipped free of charge! Maybe I should've told them about the tear in the roof from the tree it landed on.
