We purchased the 10X20 greenhouse and set it up this fall to grow the cool crops here that we can't grow during the hot summers. We were happy with the results but then a storm system with 50+mph winds severely damaged the frame and I noticed a small tear. We were very disappointed.
I contacted the company and an agent named Green completely exceeded my expectations. They not only sent me the parts I needed at no charge but also shipped it free. I am highly impressed and would say they really are there for their customers.

Contacted, via e-mail, Quixtent on a part that needed replacement - bottom connection was attached facing out, vice facing inward. Received a response Sunday evening with clear instructions and followed thru on Monday. Quictent replied Monday afternoon that the replacement would be sent right away. Looking forward to finishing the frame and using my 12x7x7 greenhouse!

First of all the 20x40 tent we got was a snap to put up (yes, the poles do snap into place). Having ground bars was helpful to stabilize and we got lots of good use of it. When a few of our poles broke, customer service got right on it, they backed their product, sent them right out, and when one of those poles wasnt right, they quickly sent the right one. It is amazing to have such great customer service and product support on an expensive purchase like this (and the price was reasonable, too, considering other products on the market at that time). Thank you Quictent and we hope to enjoy our tent as we need it for a long time to come!

Bought this over 2 months ago, the cover arrived with small holes, contacted customer service team, they shipped out a replacement cover right away, thanks heather

Great customer service. One of the trusses broke and I contacted them and they were quick to respond, confirm the part I needed, and got it sent right away. Very happy with the experience.

Extraordinary service! After 2 summers of use in VT the cover to my Quictent mini-greenhouse developed holes. I had stored it over the winter; the little holes were probably the result of sunlight decay. I emailed Quictent to purchase a replacement. The reply came promptly: "Please send us a photograph of the damaged cover," which I did. A week later the mail brought a replacement. Thank you, Cicely!

A few of my canopy truss bars sheared in the center, I was wondering if I could order some replacements, but customer service (Heather) helped me replace the parts for free quickly, the tent is working again, thanks a lot.

We bought a Quictent a while back and have used it quite a bit when we go camping. It works great! During a very strong wind one of the legs bent so we contacted them and they immediately sent us replacements! Green was very helpful, and we are happy to be able to continue to use our Quictent!

My product had missing and damaged parts. They responded a little delayed but I believe that might be due to the difference in time zones. They sent replacements for the damaged parts and sent the parts that were missing. Arrived timely.

I use their pop up canopy quite a bit, and in that process the carry all bag has gotten a little worn out. I contacted them for a replacement and they were very quick at making sure they knew exactly what I needed and sent one to me. Great service and support!

Love my carport canopy and could not be more satisfied by the service provided. I live in a very windy area. After a year, around the gromets the canvas began to tear, I called the company to purchase a replacement canvas. They were prompt in their response to my issue and I now have a new canvas to replace the old one. I highy recommend the carport and the prompt responsiveness of the company.

I can't say enough about the service. I needed a pole for a wedding the 19th and Cicely quickly responded, checked out my order, and sent me the poles I needed within a few days. Very pleased with her assistance!!!

So I bought this in April 2020 here it is right at 5 months and we had an issue with a rip in the top. I contacted the company after hours on a Friday via email. They were quick to respond and by Sunday evening they said they would ship me a new top. Now they said be patient so here I'm thinking it will be a month before I see it, heck no 2 days and here it is. Fantastic service and warranty.
The product itself is very good and sturdy. I use it all the time and it works very well for our needs. It is a little short as many have mentioned but not too bad. I would definitely recommend this product and company.

Cicley has great customer service!!!! Respond very quick with the problem I had. My frame broke on my Gazebo and Cicley email me back within a day. And I will be getting a new frame so I can enjoy my gazebo next year!!!😊 Thank you Cicley for the great service!!!!

Nice small green house. One slightly damaged part that was quickly replaced when I called. Went up very easily. I am happy with the quality of the product and the customer service is excellent!
Overall I would say it is a good value and I will recommend to others.

Cicely is probably one of the best customer service reps I’ve had to work with in a long time. She is quick to respond and find a solution.

I bought a 10x20 ft carport which was damaged in a hurricane a few days after I put it up. I reached out to customer support, via email, for replacement parts; bent poles and torn cover. I received such gracious help from Cicely in customer support that it inspired me to consider Quictent carports for additional functions. First, I bought a 13x20 for my second car. Then I decided to use the carports to create a sheltered space on my outdoor deck. I bought one 10x20 and one 13x20 creating an L shaped configuration on my deck. I also added string lights running the whole perimeter of both carports. It has created something of a magical atmosphere. For now, in the good weather, I am not putting up the sides. I have bought 3 propane cafe heaters to warm up the space when it gets chilly. I will decide then whether to add the sides in a partly lowered position.
The product is well made, especially the 13x20. It is relatively straighforward to assemble. But my decision to expand beyond my initial carport was completely due to the excellent customer support. The result is great. Thank you, Cicely.
