I purchased a 12ftx12ft gazebo on Amazon from Quictent. The gazebo seems to be fairly sturdy and should hold up well. The package was damaged, along with one piece. I contacted Quictent via email, they responded quickly and I received the replacement parts within a couple of days. Overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

I PURCHASED THE 10X20 CARPORT TENT WITH WINDOWS. ABOUT 2 WEEKS AFTER IT WAS CONSTRUCTED , A TERRIBLE STORM BLEW IN AND BLEW IT OVER IN MY NEIGHBORS YARD .
BENT MOST OF THE POLES THAT CONSTRUCTED THE GAZEBO.
I CONTACTED QUICTENT & THEY SAID THERE BE NO CHARGE EVEN THO IT WAS MOTHER NATURE THAT RUINED IT .THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING FOR ME BUT THE SAID THEY WOULD SENT OUT WHAT I NEEDED TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER !

Quictent's customer service is the best I have ever had to work with. They are helpful and prompt. We bought the Quictent 10X20'ft Upgraded Heavy Duty Carport Car Canopy Party Tent with Reinforced Steel Cables. We have needed to replace the bungees and the company quickly sends replacements for free whenever requested. Also, my husband damaged one of the parts on our carport and they sent us a replacement for free even though it was our fault. I can't say enough great things about this company!

I purchased the "Quictent 10X20'ft Upgraded Heavy Duty Carport Car Canopy Party Tent with Reinforced Steel Cables."

I installed the carport on our side yard to provide a low cost solution to our need for shade from the intense, Arizona sunshine.

This product is well designed and constructed for its price.

You will not find a better product for the money!

However, after four months of the Arizona sun and very strong wind from thunderstorms, the tarp was ripped to shreds.

I ordered (2) replacement tarps and bungee sets from the manufacturer.

Quictent's customer service is outstanding!

They sent the replacement parts right away and were overall very helpful.

I am still very happy with my purchase.

I do believe that the location on our side yard is a bit of a "wind tunnel" which accentuates the problem with the wind.

I am considering having a canvas tarp custom made, out of heavy material, to replace the standard tarp.

We purchased the 10 x 20 Quictent Outdoor Canopy Gazebo tent for a party. Although it took a little longer than we anticipated to put together, once we got started assembling it and figured out how the poles went together, the tent went together pretty easily. We decided not to use the side curtains for this particular evening because it was warm and we were looking for just a little shade from the evening sun.
I do want to mention that the customer service from this company is outstanding! We had a totally unexpected rain and wind storm blow in that evening - the information clearly states that the tent is not meant to hold up during a thunderstorm and although it would have probably kept us dry it did not stay up in the wind. (I do wonder if we had the sides on if that would have kept it from overturning) the tent blew over but only 2 poles were damaged. I contacted Quictent and asked them if I could purchase 2 poles to replace the damaged poles. The company responded in less than 24 hours, asked a few questions about the damaged parts, and in less than a week I had the replacement parts at no additional cost to me. Their response was above and beyond anything I had hoped would happen.
I highly recommend the tent and the company.

We purchased a light duty screen house this summer and were able to enjoy the night’s mosquito free. It is not designed for rain or strong winds and this is stated in the directions
We had a freak storm (New England) and the frame buckled, Quictent backs their products and sent me all the replacement parts immediately- Awesome!! Highly recommend their products and great customer service!

Great product, great customer service. With this summer’s erratic weather our Quictent gets taken up and down often so when a support bar snapped I was very disappointed but not shocked. I reached out to customer service not expecting much but I was wrong! They sent me a replacement piece and I was able to fix it in just a few minutes. Thank you Quictent for standing by your product.

Great company. The gazebo works great but don't leave it up during long, heavy rain as the water can accumulate on the tent and if it doesn't drain off, can bend or break the bracket. This happened to us but I must say, they stand behind their product - they sent me a new one! I thought I would have to eat that purchase.

The customer service from Quictent was excellent, none better. I tried to make a pop up tent a permanent installation, which was the wrong use for the tent, and a 15 mph wind proved it. After discussing this with a great customer service rep, the tent was replaced at no additional cost to me, and I look forward to using it properly. I have rarely encountered such wonderful service.

I have totally enjoyed our Quinctent canopy. After it was damaged, I was heartbroken. I contacted the company and requested replacement parts and within weeks we were back in business. I love my canopy. I can put it up and take it down all by myself. The service department was exceptional!!!

Quictent is a complete sham operation. Quictent boast of their great warranty and part replacement policy as one of their main selling points, however after just 9 months they were unable to replace the main piping structure for my car port. The quality is extremely weak to begin with, as the long legs are in much need of some form of cross support.

Nine months after purchase (and only 3 after actual construction), I requested the replacement of 4 straight pipes and 2 of the custom engineered 4-way connectors. Quictent, who obviously houses their customer service overseas, offered $40 to somehow replace their custom parts through local sources. When I explained how impossible that was, I requested better solutions. They then offered 15% discount on purchase of a NEW piece of garbage. 15% was less than the original offer of $40.

My model has the rounded top, which they discontinued for the peak top, with all other specs being identical. Quictent claims their new pipes won't fit my model, which is an absolute lie. It's obvious that their overseas customer support has absolutely no idea what's sitting in their stateside warehouse.

Stay away at all cost.....literally. You will be disappointed, and left up the creek without a paddle. Shop elsewhere!!

my carport did not last long, We had some rain come through with less than 20 mph winds and it just bent my poles up and tore a hole through my canopy. Customer service wanted me to use the the poles that were not as damaged as the rest but there was no way i could use them. The next email just said if you need anything else please refer to our catalog to order something.

Very easy to set up. Perfect to have on hand for unpredictable weather when hosting an outdoor event. Collapses into a compact carrying that one person can easily haul away and store for future use.

Received my 10x20 carport a day before scheduled delivery date. While setting up the tarp ripped in one spot and began to separate in 2 other spots around the holes for the bungee cord. I contacted the company and they set out a replacement tarp asap. Cicely was great at handling my issue. Thank you again

We received our 6x6 quictent canopy promptly and professionally, from the seller to the delivery. It serves our purpose, doing just what was intended. It provides relief from the sun and shelter from rain showers. This canopy is not designed nor advertised to withstand hurricane winds or torrential downpours. It is what it is, and does the job its intended to do.
We noticed after close inspection that at certain spots in the canopy that werent reinforced,there was separation of the material. After contacting quictent and explaining our potentially bad situation, a new canopy was sent. We are very grateful that Cicely took the time to listen to our complaint, acting on it professionally, and resolving the issue promptly. As I told her, USA still has quality values despite where and how a product is made. Thanks

Several years ago our pop up was damaged while being put away. After 4 sequences of trying to buy the replacement parts, we decided to fabricate from a metal shop. We had lost our model number and the representative kept asking for information we did not have.Measurements and comparable parts were deemed to risky to sell us. This time we explained this to Cicely and she was over the top in support and getting our order in. Could not be more pleased with her help and receiving this order

The 10' x 10' screen canopy arrived on schedule and in good shape.

I took my Quictent to Snow Mountain Ranch near Granby Colorado and its frame was severely damaged in a microburst that had 50-75 mph winds. I contacted Quictent about repair parts and they sent the parts I requested and I repaired the frame. They were a little slow about sending the parts due to their busy work load and it took about a week to received the parts by FedX. Overall, they were very nice to work with and showed a genuine interest is enabling me to repair the frame.
