I bought a few items from Rebel about more than two weeks ago and they haven't arrived yet, how hard can it be?!!! Contacted their customer service but no response...
It is your responsibility to follow up your customers orders until they receive it.
It's not a excuse to point Aus post for your fault when there is some other websites out there who deliver their customer's orders in less than a week.
I'll lodge a complaint with PayPal to get refund.

Not buying again.

This brand is great as they clearly have some decent stock of shoes but lack of customer service.

Great team and customer service. Good quality products at a reasonable price. Will be back.

Parcel took way too long to arrive. Not satisfied with customer service provided as well. Not buying again.

I've not actually had any issues with RebelSport. Everyone I've dealt with have been good, no issues with online purchases and delivery, or refunds etc.
Touch wood but I've not bought any lemons yet so all on all I think they're a decent retailer with a good variety of stuff.

I have been waiting for 25 days to get a refund and have received no communication from you. Please refund this money now or I will be lodging a dispute with PayPal. After this experience, I will go naked in public before I shop with you again

Rebel Sport was given an opportunity to address a complaint about spam emails. Jas from Rebel Sport undertook almost 3 weeks ago to resolve the issue. Didn’t hear another word. Contacted their Group MD Anthony Heraghty today to escalate. Don’t trust this company with any of your private details.

I bought running shoes for the gym online and they arrived and looked exactly as they did on the website.
I also could not find a particular jacket I wanted that ticked all the boxes but I walk into my local rebel sports store and they had exactly what I wanted and also the staff were so friendly and helpful.

I wish Rebel cater for the larger person, their largest is 2xl not good if you’re an islander,Disappointed

Brought dumbells online to be delivered because I have the flu and do not want to infect anyone especially in this Covid crisis. I get my package and the dumbells were wrapped unproffessionally in a black plastic like a garbage bag and it left black marks on my bright pink dumbells. They wont refund me unless I take them back in store despite me explaining how sick I am and how this is not my fault how they wish to wrap their paying customers orders! Not happy

I purchased a rowing machine online. When it eventually arrived the seat was faulty. It has been sitting in my garage for a few days and I can't get through to rebel sport. I have read similar reviews and would recommend not buying anything on line from Rebel Sports

Been in Australia 2 years now and never been able to buy a pair of shoes there as there never in stock!

Rebel sport ruined my son's birthday. I bought online from Rebel and the bike arrived missing the key part making the training wheels useless and hence the bike useless. I spent 3 hrs putting the damn thing together and now they are saying they have to return the bike and then send a new one that has to be put together all over again.

Rebel Sport NZ. Absolutely hopeless. When I asked if I could get a pair of shoes in a size I needed brought in from a different store, they were reluctant and gave me a minimum 4 - 6 week wait (this is A store that’s less than 10 km away). When I offered to pay for the shoe in advanced I was told “we don’t want to take that responsibility because we’ll likely lose the pair of shoes in transit”.

Also, they never pick up the phone to check stock availability.

Staff are also reluctant to check stock at the computer. Instead they ask you to look around the store.

Have yet to have a even average experience with them.

Rebel sports wrongfully criminally profiling customers is totally wrong I'm disgusted by the way they treat people and can make allegations without without fact I moved a bag on a manican just to see what it looked like on different angle and I don't know what she was accusing me of but I left the Melbourne city store more than embarrassed I'm asking for a full boycott and I'm not stopping here I'll be looking into everything about the company down to whom makes the products they support by selling regards Corey

I ordered 6 items 3 weeks ago. The items weren't sent out all together. Three weeks later, I received 5 of my items and still waiting for the sixth.
Trying to call Rebel Sports Customer Service is an absolute nightmare! The phone was hung up three times, and after that not answered. When you do email, you don't get a response, so how do you contact them?
My first and last time buying online from Rebel Sport. You should work on your customer service and delivery since you are such a big company!

I purchased an expensive item 7 business days ago and hadn’t received any updates. When I checked the tracking it said my order was cancelled. I’ve now had 3 phones calls and sent multiple emails with no answer to where my parcel is. Rebel sport are blaming tracking and telling me I need to just wait and see if it arrives otherwise they will be “out of pocket”.

I purchased basketball sneakers online. Rebel Sport showed stock. Rebel Sport immediately took my money. After 6 days I had no tracking info, and no contact from Rebel Sport.

After I contacted them, Rebel informed me they had no stock and would return my money.

Why did they take my money if they didn't have stock?
If I hadn't contacted them, would they have done anything about my order?
If I hadn't contacted them, would I ever receive a refund?
Do they actually take 6 days after receiving your money to process your order or do they just not bother to inform you if they can't fulfil the order?

Followup:

Rebel management have called me to offer a discount and found a smaller size to get me out of trouble somewhat. In the end they did help out once I made enough noise about the issue.

Further Followup:

Despite assurances that the item would be shipped yesterday, it didn't go out resulting in no birthday present for my son.
