Reliance Travels Ltd Reviews

I want to bring to everyone's attention a troubling situation I’ve encountered with this company. They have once again deducted £375 from my bank account, which clearly shows that my previous review, where I mentioned their purported help, was completely misleading.

This company falsely claims to be Qatar Airways and has even made deceptive statements to my bank. They pretend to offer support when I raised my concerns, but it’s all just a façade.

Please be cautious and do not trust anything they say! They are scammers using sweet talk, operating out of India. NOT NOT BASED IN THE UK.

I urge you to steer clear of this company. They have deceived others, just like me. My main concern is their misleading representation as Qatar Airways, which only serves to confuse and mislead consumers.

One reviewer even stated, “I called Qatar Airways and Harry Kent answered the call, listening to my inquiry,” which is simply untrue and deceptive.

It’s crucial to be transparent; they should clearly identify themselves as Reliance Travel, not misrepresent as a major airline.

I possess clear evidence of the unauthorized money taken from my account, as well as a fraudulent signature on a contract that I never signed.

⚠️ WARNING: Protect yourself from these scammers!

Would like to say a big thank you to Harry. Excellent customer service. He booked all my seats for everyone on booking as well as my friends on other bookings. He was really patient with me and my many questions. Thank you for your service.

Matthew let me know that the assistance I had requested was not showing up on the system and sorted it out for me, a great relief on the eve of a long journey with a 92 year old man, many thanks

Had to write a review regarding Jordan Mike, 5 star service all the way, Jordan was always on the other end of the phone, nothing was to much trouble, he’s been absolutely fantastic, made our travel arrangements so much less stressful, he’s a credit to your company

Gabriels patience in booking this holiday was amazing he had lots of knowledge and his help was very much appreciated. A credit to the Reliance team

They are scammers
Impersonated been Emirates
call centre

Came out of no where on the phone. Spent hrs talking to them and when I asked about seat pitch they had no idea what I was talking about. Long story short, turns out they are not kosher and after talking to my bank I got all my money bank. Avoid at all costs, they are not to be trusted.

Kind of scam, they took my money 148 to book a seat, already free with flight company. I Didn't reviewed and signed document, I m still waiting the refund after 18 days, with the promise (2nd time), I will have this week! Avoid! Who gave them my phone number?

Jordan gave us an amazing service. In future we will always book through him. Jordan good luck for your future keep up your good work.
