1st class service. The chap was amazing tidy professional and explained everything.

The dealing ,explanation and repair was done perfectly

Operative was extremely helpful. He phoned ahead of his visit. In addition to the part we thought we needed he also brought along an additional part which proved to be the main the root of the problem. This both helped us and also negated the need for a further visit.

He was on time, friendly, polite, knew exactly what was needed and dealt with quickly and cleanly.

My repair was an oven bulb cover replacement on a Zanussi oven. The engineer turned up and said he had come to repair a coffee machine not sure how that happened but it was very poor

Rang first, came when said he would, polite, professional and competent. More through than previous engineer felt confident when he left that it was all sorted.

As always engineer came promptly and soon repaired my dishwasher and I am so grateful. He was a lovely person and very efficient. Thank you so much for your help.

Contacting RS and making the arrangements for repair could not have been easier. When the engineer attended, he was polite, knowledgeable, and fixed the machine in an extraordinarily short amount of time. However, if he was able to attend in a shorter amount of time, I would have awarded 5 stars. Unfortunately, we had to wait 5 days.

The damaged door has not been replaced. The seals broken and all he did was chip off a little bit of ice.

We have contacted the engineer and asked him to come back and have heard nothing since. Not happy.
