Easy and efficient
Contacting RS and making the arrangements for repair could not have been easier. When the engineer attended, he was polite, knowledgeable, and fixed the machine in an extraordinarily short amount of time. However, if he was able to attend in a shorter amount of time, I would have awarded 5 stars. Unfortunately, we had to wait 5 days.

The damaged door has not been replaced
The damaged door has not been replaced. The seals broken and all he did was chip off a little bit of ice.
We have contacted the engineer and asked him to come back and have heard nothing since. Not happy.

Great service
Had issue with an appliance that kept tripping house electrics. Had insurance and they sent these guys out.
Appointment booked, time slot given day before and arrived on time, very professional and sorted the problem. No fault at all with the service.

Dishwasher stoped working
Dishwasher stoped working, engineer fixed the issue and also inspected other insured item such as my fridge and hood fan then ordered parts that were broken or missing. Great service!!!

Dish washer repair
When I booked the appointment I was given a date with a time confirmed later, and the engineer was on time. He was equipped to deal with the problem I had logged, replaced the faulty part and tested the machine.
