Life saver and always provided the technicians and when my Washer dryer could not be repaired they were forthright and I managed to replace it at a lower cost as I have a prexisting agreement with a Parent company

Excellent service by the young man. He explained in detail what he was doing and how long it would take to complete. He left the area tidy when he left.

When I booked the appointment I was given a date with a time confirmed later, and the engineer was on time. He was equipped to deal with the problem I had logged, replaced the faulty part and tested the machine.

Friendly repair guy and efficient service

The engineer came between the time that was arrange to attend the appointment. He gave me advice on how to keep the temperature on a certain temperature. He also advice me any more problems, give them a call

Total efficiency!! The access to my property is restricted, the engineers rang me 10 minutes before arrival so I gave them the gate code & electronically activated a parking permit !! Extremely polite & very efficient & job was completed in around 45 minutes!!

First of all the time I had to wait for an engineer to attend my machine was very short - I called on a Friday to report my washer/dyer wasn’t working and an engineer arrived three days later on the Monday to repair it. The engineer repaired the machine very efficiently so I was most impressed to receive such an all round quick fix. Thank you.
