Fruit came in all melted, canceled my plan and they still charged me, don’t buy from here

I am highly disappointed by how my package just arrived. First it was a day late. Which is ok, things happen but the assured me that I didn't have to worry about my products. My box is damages. Items leaking and my smoothies are no longer cold

This is a scam. You buy one box and they secretly set you up for a plan. Who drinks 14 over priced smoothies a week! Buyer beware!

I’ve been ordering Revive smoothies since 2020 and still love them just as much today. Just add milk and blend—it’s a full, refreshing meal in minutes. When I have cereal or toast, I'm hungry by 10am. But with a Revive shake, I’m full until lunch every time. I used to spend so much time chopping fruit, buying ingredients, and cleaning up—only to make the same 2-3 recipes on repeat. Revive gives me way more variety and convenience than I could ever manage on my own. Zero prep, zero mess, and tons of delicious options. 10/10 recommend.

I do not recommend this company. The first delivery arrived thawed. When my husband had one he was sick for two days. I called to cancel. They had already sent another order. That box arrived five days later than was expected. The smoothies were rotted. Do NOT order from revive superfoods!

I am a new subscriber to Revive, but have been a member of other smoothie services for a while. I like that Revive has many flavor profiles to choose from and they hightailed the health benefits or focus of their smoothies. I also really like the Jamba juice inspired/sponsored smoothies. The cost is very similar, even a bit lower than competitors.

I've subscribed for Revive for over three years. I enjoy the smoothies, and the price point is good. The deliveries periodically take too long, and arrive the next day, so the dry ice evaporates and the cups arrive thawed. This happens multiple times per year, but Revive always send a replacement delivery.

I love my smoothies. Plus it's so simple. Just toss in blender and go. The ingredients is always fresh

I ordered a package of 7 smoothies for my mother who is in a nursing home in palliative care - she can't eat solid food so I wanted to treat her to healthy smoothies. When I placed the order, I wasn't asked to select a frequency or a plan. I thought I was buying a one time package of 7 smoothies to arrive 2 days after I placed the order. It wasn't until the delivery date on the order confirmation came and went that I noticed this was a weekly subscription. I sent the company an email asking for a refund 24 hours after the delivery should have happened. I received an initial response that seemed like a stall tactic - an address confirmation. Then I got a cavalier response asking me to have patience for 3 more days. The order finally arrived 2 days late and one of the smoothie containers was crushed. I cancelled my account and that too was a hassle as after I selected deactivate account on their website, I was directed to call. After putting me through a sales pitch, they deactivated my account. There are better companies out there who treat their customers with respect and empathy!

The last 2 boxes I got were a disaster!! Broken smoothie cups just tossed in. You can’t cancel online. They make you call. Should be as easy to cancel as it is to sign up. I had to call several times because the line kept hanging up on me. Don’t waste your time with this company.

I received my first box and did enjoy every shake I made. Yes a few were very frozen but taste was great.

I had been on a monthly ordering with Revive foods for about 4 month. June 2025 they sent my order without any dry ice in package and all the cups had thawed, the box was full of juice and the inside plastic was full of juice and fruit along with the cups. They would not refund my money because I did not take a picture of the inside of the cups. Can you believe this? Who is going to dig thru a mess like that and take pictures of all the cups. Terrible company.

Got 3 orders shipped 3 weeks in a row when I had asked to have my next shipments skipped.i typically order once a month. I was away on vacation and 2 full boxes of 24 smoothies went to waste. Called to cancel the 3rd shipment and they assured me it wouldn't get sent which was false....

They wouldn't skip my order or refund one I will never receive. Their customer service is not helpful.

My order was supposed to be here June 4th being freezer food I stayed home all day waiting for it to arrive, it never did. The next day I called them and they said if it doesn't arrive by the 6th to call back and they had sent an email to the shipper. It didn't arrive, so I called on the 6th and the lady told me she can't send out a new box or reimburse me until they hear from the shipping company, even though the food would be spoild if it did arrive. She told me to call back on the 9th to get an update. This was my first and last time dealing with this company. And I didn't realize aa soon as you buy your first box your immediately stuck in a subscription. You have to call to deactivate it, while customer service is basically begging you to stay. Don't waste your money on this business! Now we'll see if i get a refund!*EDIT* so Monday the 9th i got an email stating they are still waiting to hear from the shipping company and that there's nothing they can do until then,and they thank me for my patience. All I can say is don't get involved with this company. EDIT- it's now the 16th and still haven't received my box or refund

The quality of the ingredients is poor, even for the slightly lower price. I could feasibly save about 50 cents per smoothie, compared to Daily Harvest, but is it worth it? I say, no. I tried a sampler pack and didn't like any of the flavors. In addition, the company uses what amounts to coercive control to prevent you from deactivating your account. If a company forces you to follow multiple steps and call a customer service rep, who then keeps you on the line trying to wear you down, then obviously the company already knows their product is no good and can't stand on its own merits. I had to block their charges, get a new CC number, send emails, and debate a stranger to be done with them. I will warn anyone who will listen that this is a bad company out looking for suckers. Foo!

Charged me 4 months later after I cancelled my account. It’s so scammy and I can’t even take my credit card off my account. Literally have to go cancel my credit card. Save your self and don’t order from them
