Nothing but a scam! I placed one order with this company, as I thought it would be a fun way to add variety to my smoothies. I was disappointed to find that the smoothies were bland it was almost no flavour. I cancelled any future orders and thought I had to deactivated my account until, a year later, shipment mysteriously showed up on my doorstep with no warning. I was charged $9 a smoothie, which is ridiculous given how little contents are actually in the container -maybe 1/3rd full. I was just heading out of town and was not able to take the time to have the order shipped back, nor do I know if they would have accepted it given some of the other stories I have heard. You cannot cancel your order online and they force you to call them. When I did, they did everything they could try and keep me as a customer.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM _ SCAM COMPANY I deliberately did not set up for any sort of plan and then was being charged for an attempted shipment. I believe this company is a scam. The smoothies are garbage and one day after my order I got a scam attempt on the same card I used for this.

I went to deactivate my plan and they do not do so online - you also have to call.

Great smoothies, but they force you to have a subscription. To deactivate the subscription they require that you call their "loyalty" department. Such irony. They are simply infuriating.

I ordered from this company to try. 1 week later I’m having a charge on my card for $121.48 for another order that I did not order. I deactivated my account and got to the last step that said I had to call +1 (833) 987-7611 to complete the deactivation hours of operations are 9am -9pm. I spoke to a lady that said she would complete the deactivation. Then she said I could get a credit but not a refund, I refused the credit and she said she would give me 80% refund for late cancellation, I said no, revive uses deceptive practice and you are going to give me all my money and I will be reporting to the better business bureau. She then agreed to give me a refund as a 1x courtesy. Don’t order from them

First, they don't alert you when you are about to have a bix ship with time to update or skip it. I had a box ship unexpectedly with 1 day notice to make space in the freezer and then tried to cancel. It offered to send notifications prior to shipping so I could modify or update. They never sent a notification, just an email telling me it had shipped. When I called, they said they could give me more credit (which I already have, but didn't seem to be applied ever) but nothing else.

Terrible, terrible company. Overpriced subpar smoothies. They make it hard and irritating to cancel your subscription on purpose (eg. you need to actually reach them over the phone to cancel a subscription you purchased over the internet) and they're purposefully hard to reach, possibly denying or ignoring phone calls to make it harder to cancel.

Stay away , crooked company

They don't send notifications about your subscription order before they start shipping it. By the time you are notified they say it is too late to cancel. Somehow most of their smoothies are gross, how do you make a gross smoothie? I don't know, partially I think it is bad ingredients. Bad quality, under ripe etc. It also says you can cancel online but by the end of the process, they force you to call a "loyalty" department to cancel. Don't sign up at all! It's not worth it.

Do not use this company. It's a subscription based even though it's not clear on their website. One week it's $80, next it's almost $200. Shakes come more freezer burnt then ice in the North Pole.

I wanted to give that a try and got 21 smooths for $59.32, and they didn’t give you any option to cancel or unsubscribe. Less than a month after I found a transaction on my credit card for $158.28 that I can’t do anything about it. There is no phone number or chat as their website claims and they never responded my email. I had to call my bank to stop any future transaction for this scammer company and I might need to change my card since that block will last for only a year. The smoothies are terrible and don’t even worth that money. Save your money and the hassle and DO NOT TEY THEM.

I had skipped all my orders as I was going for surgery. They sent me another one I tried to get a refund and they only gave me 50% off. I had skipped all of them I even brought it down to the lowest one. The refused to take it back or bend at all.

Taste is absolutely horrible! I tried for one order,40% off , and they automatically sent a full priced order 7 days later. Absolutely a scam. Don’t try them!!

Would give them zero stars if I could. We placed an initial order to give them a try and like many other reviewers have stated, they then started sending us weekly refills with no forewarning. When I tried to cancel online, they provide no option to do so, it simply takes you to a page with their phone number and require you to call. I’m not sure this is even legal per the FTC requirement for a “click to cancel.” They also refused to refund the additional shipments that we never authorized. What a scam!

Revive Superfoods doesn’t allow you to easily cancel your subscription. They don’t have an easy to find Contact Us section. You have to go through the cancel subscription process to find a phone number, or go to the FAQ and search with keywords for Contact.
Notifications are not sent when you’re about to be charged. I spent 50 minutes on hold to talk to the loyalty department to cancel my subscription. And even though the order hasn’t been shipped yet, they REFUSE to cancel and refund my order. They want to give me a credit for a future order. I DON’T WANT TO ORDER AT A LATER DATE!
So they hide behind the user agreement saying they can’t refund an order once it’s been charged. Well, I live in Quebec and consumer laws say that if the order hasn’t been shipped, I can get a refund. Especially since I was never notified that an order was going to be charged.
Don’t order from Revive Superfoods. You’ll never get out of it.

They make it very difficult to cancel your orders. I cancelled them in the computer system only to receive another shipment. They make you call to cancel, and state they continue to ship orders even when you cancel orders on their website. When I askes for a refund, they would only give me 50% off even though I had cancelled the order prior to them shipping it.

These smoothies are great - they're her;thy, clean, and loaded with quality ingredients. So far have only good things to say about the company.

I ordered one 21 smoothie pack in December then cancelled my subscription. They charged for second shipment without warning after I had already cancelled the subscription in the amount of $154. I emailed since I couldn't find a phone number and complained and received a credit. I waited a couple of months to use credit. I had to reactivate to use credit that was expiring and then deactivated the sub again. Now another 2 months later and they charged me and sent a third shipment in the amount of $160 with no warning or reminder and no way to return the items or get a refund and the smoothies are crappy quality and taste aweful!!

I just signed up and I must say, the process was very easy. I’m really looking forward to receiving my first box.

The smoothies are great! Always frozen and on time!

Horrible customer service, hard to cancel, will charge even when product is not delivered to the customer.
