Their deception practices have conned the customer in to believing it’s a onetime offer. By accepting the one time offer, they automatically put you into a subscription by charging weekly ($101.39) for these smoothies. They are TASTELESS FROZEN FRUIT and an unknown powder substance called protein powder. The very powder that has caused gallbladder and liver issues that required hospitalizations by several complaints made by customers on this site.
DO NOT BUY INTO THEIR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. They refuse to offer refunds ever. If you agree with my statements, proceed further by notifying the BBB.

Scam. As others have said, they make it seem like a one time purchase, and then charge you outrageous fees for subsequent deliveries without notifications. And the customer care is horrendous.

Amazing smoothies plus responsive customer service. My first box arrived a day late...without anymore dry ice...and melted. I contacted customer service and within a hour received a response...plus a replacement box of smoothies! Love...Love...Love this!

If I could give them a zero I would. The taste is terrible. I marked every 3 weeks and they sent a shipment and oops can’t cancel it. Only offered me 40% refund. They suck and their smoothies are horrible

The smoothies are really tasty and super easy for healthcare workers! They are pricey though, I wish it wasn’t so expensive.

I would NOT EVER recommend anyone to suscribe to revive superfoods at any cost. First box is 50% off then the following ones you need to pay full price. Sketchy ways to deactivate your plan, I did it and then they activated back following month and charge me another box without notification or anything then tried to deactivated again and it was saying I needed to call their loyalty department; which I did almost 8 times then they hang up on me twice so it took almost the whole day to cancel my account plus they never send my refund for the order I never authorize. Do not suscribe at any cost. You can’t also remove your credit card information which is your personal information. They have deceiving procedures for cancellation policies.

Since I started using these smoothies, my energy level has "refueled". The biggest and most important impact is my son's behavior. He has been struggling with his behavior for a long time, He is only 6, but since he started drinking Revive smoothies and he adores them! His attention span, his concentration, his overall behavior, has signifficantly seen a positive impact :) They are very easy to make, my son makes them himself and his favorite one is the pumpkin/cinamon one :)

Would not give me a refund after they stole money from my account. I only signed up for it once and I wasn’t too happy with the purchase so I cancelled my next orders and so I thought, deactivated the account. Well I was wrong and they charged me after weeks. I was upset upset and they wouldn’t re fund me. I never even got the order and they still wouldn’t: Will now have to make a claim with my bank.

Love the convenience and variety of Revive Superfood smoothies. They taste great and fill you up. Easy to navigate website if you need to stop delivery for a few weeks or months. No issues at all.

My wife Alexis and I received our 1st order this week. We were excited, hoping to replace our existing routine for morning smoothies. We canceled today.

We did not like the smoothies. When the strawberry banana doesn’t taste good, you’ve got a big problem. I could understand not liking some of the recipes that incorporate wheatgrass, ginger, etc but even the simple recipes taste terrible. We even bought coconut water & oat milk because that is what is required, but they do nothing to help the flavor.

The company itself delivered when promised. No complaints about ordering or delivery. Website seems easy enough to use.

Cancellation process is super dumb. You have to listen to a sales pitch for the product that you’re attempting to cancel. “Sign up for more” doesn’t work if the product sucks; no matter how much you offer to drop the price.

Very good products and nice promotions ! But, be aware of the difficulty to cancel your subscription. You should carefully read the policy before ordering.

They steal your money by acting like it’s a one time charge!

Revive superfoods is simply the worst company I’ve had any contact with online, full-stop. DO NOT put your info into their site, as it will be used fraudulently to charge for a subscription, and cancelling isn’t just difficult, it has been so far literally impossible. At first they force you to call them to cancel—which I did—and they confirmed it cancelled. Since then they’ve charged my card FOUR more times, each followed by an email exchange where they “confirm” they’ve cancelled the subscription I never wanted. This is still happening and I can’t get them to stop. My next move is to contact my credit card provider and possibly cancel my card. Save yourself from this and find any other company.

Great quality product easy to get good nutrition with these awesome smoothies

If I could give - stars, I would. Misleading advertising, horrible (and I mean horrible) customer service and sub par quality. Placed a single order ($50) and they have now charged me 2 x $99. So, $250 in a two week span and refusal to refund me for products I have not even received! They bill in advance of course. Their best solution when I asked to cancel the PENDING order and for a refund? A partial refund, because the order is "processing". Shameful.

A friend of mine gave me a promo code to try these delicious smoothies for free and I have been hooked ever since! They arrive perfectly packaged and frozen in dry ice, recyclable packaging and there are a TON of flavors to choose from. You simply add your own liquid of choice and throw them in the blender so the flavor possibilities are endless. These are my new favorite morning routine - super healthy & tasty and great for people on the go! I have ordered over 25 times and will continue to be a customer for life!

I recently ordered a box, and I must admit, I've never felt less enthusiastic about a purchase. I'm genuinely surprised by the negative information I've discovered about this company. I haven't called to cancel yet, but I sincerely hope it won't be as difficult as reported. I also noticed that after requesting cancellation, the website stated I have to call. Then I noticed that the system skipped my deliveries for about 4 weeks. If I didn’t notice I’d most likely be getting charged without any consent!! Awful 😞
