I was amazed how simple task to order and came so quickly I was surprised how many different flavours there were and how amazing they tasted and so healthy

Smoothies are varied, healthy and taste great! The only con is the price.

deceptive marketing, found out after ordering that it is a subscription.

Abysmal customer service. Food arrives melted. Is it safe to eat? Who knows? And if you DO want to eat it, you first have to re-freeze it, which makes it into a solid ball that a nutribullet cannot handle. You have to cut the container off with a sharp knife and then chop the highly-staining contents into bits that of course fly all over your kitchen. What a great way to start the day. They also will keep sending you food and charging your card long after you have instructed them not to. No mention of refunds for inedible food. An absolute sh!t company that needs to go out of business asap.

These smoothies are a life savor! Quick, convenient, healthy smoothies for my busy life. The best part is they are DELICIOUS!

The best convenience subscription in my opinion. Could I buy all these ingredients and prep smoothies myself? Sure, but I would not get the quality or variety at a similar cost. These are such a treat for busy days and on-the-go. Also great customer service interaction recently.

Revive Superfoods delivered to me twice; both times the smoothies arrived completely melted and ruined. Delivery person seemed aware of this because they left quickly. Their delivery logistics is broken. Do not waste your money.

I’m parroting much of what the other reviews say - and that is that the smoothies are good, but the customer service is abysmal. Yes, cancelling is difficult and that’s annoying. However, it’s how they handle things while you’re a customer which is worse. No notification your smoothies shipped, no tracking, no notification it’s delivered.. it just randomly shows up in your apartment building and you don’t know how long it’s been there.

I received the smoothies but never drank them so I can’t comment on the quality, but I am appalled by the company’s business practices. I wanted to try the smoothies and set everything up online so I would assume I could go to the website to cancel. However, when I hit cancel on the website, I was prompted to make a phone call to “customer loyalty” to finalize the cancellation. I didn’t have time to do this and was then charged for two more boxes. The company is banking on the fact that most people will procrastinate making the call and will continue to bill. Attempts to email did not receive a response either. Even though I received the smoothies, I still classify this company as a scam because of the obvious intent to take advantage of human behavior to generate revenue. Would not recommend unless you’re sure you want to drink about of smoothies for the foreseeable future. I hope this company goes out of business.

Deceptive marketing. Call to cancel subscription one day after receiving my first box. They told me that I could not cancel my next box which was not scheduled to be shipped for another five days. After claiming fraud and still denying my cancelation was not possible, they reversed and offered cancelation for a 20% fee.

did not like any of the 7 and then found out it automatically subscribes you to a plan did not ask for or was aware i thought just to give it a try . Then to get charged 80$ for another order and they have not re reimbursed as i dont want nothing of theirs

It was good. The smoothies were amazingly tasty and healthy but the shipping fee is too expensive. I think i have to cancel because of the shipping fee.

Very hard to cancel, got charged for a box I didn’t receive. Do not recommend.

Impossible to cancel subscription, there is no way to cancel without calling them but when I call no one answers and puts me on hold without any time estimates. I am not able to cancel by emailing them; only calling but no one picks up. Still not able to deactivate my plan.

This is one of those scammy deceptive companies that signs you up for a weekly subscription without making it clear in the ordering process. Then, when you try to cancel, they require you to call to "confirm" the "deactivation."

Aren't models like this illegle now?

Smoothies are great and refreshing

I saw Revive Superfoods on social media and thought “WOW. That is convenient, and cool.” I received my new box on December 11, 2024, in great condition. Delivery time was quick. All the smoothies have tasted delicious. They are amazingly easy to make, convenient, taste amazing, and there are a variety of flavors to choose from. All you have to do is add whatever liquid you want – almond milk, chocolate almond milk, milk, coconut water, juice or maybe just water, there are tons of options, blend it up, and drink. Easy, and healthy nice breakfast, snack, or dinner. The choice is yours! There is an option to skip weeks in advance so you can avoid being charged for and sent another box when you are not ready to. Also, you can cancel subscription anytime. I would recommend Revive Superfoods to family, and friends. Impressive smoothies.

smoothies are gross. you also can't deactivate your account without calling, but they hang up on you stating that their lines are busy. They trap you in and over charge you. DO NOT TRY.

While the smoothies are good, I was not advised I was subscribing to a plan. I received no notice before being advised that my next shipment of 14 smoothies per week was en route. Had to call to cancel. Very sneaky
