Had Lewis Smith from Leicester depot recover my Jeep this evening, an absolute credit to the company. Very polite and professional, and was extremely helpful

I broke down on the M1 100 miles from home. 18/07/26. Female on own. Have RAC cover. 5.30 phoned them. Everything took time but in a safe place so not unduly worried. Ethan from Richford Motors came and was taking me as per RAC instructions to Woodall services. Got there and he was told to take me to Goole services. 40 mins from home.
He tried to find out how long I would have to wait but no joy so I rang the RAC who hadn't got anything arranged so I could have been waiting another 7 hrs. He helped sort and the RAC agreed to let him take me the rest of the journey. I cannot thank him.and Richford team for all they did. I felt extremely safe.

We was recovered on the A50 with our motorhome and the lad that came was very helpful and good at his job , he was very chatty and respectful of our vehicle. Couldn't have been in better hands

Absolutely shocking communication from this depot. My car was recovered by police instruction with zero paperwork given and no information on what I'd need to collect it. Turned up after paying for a taxi, only to be told on arrival I'd need to wait another hour and bring my V5C logbook - something nobody had mentioned beforehand. Had to pay for a second taxi home and back just to get it. When I called to ask for a rough collection time, I was told they were too busy to give one, then flatly lied to and told the driver had informed me to bring the logbook in advance - he hadn't. The call was then ended by the staff member hanging up on me without resolving anything. Appalling attitude and a complete lack of basic communication. Avoid if you have any other option.

Had a traumatic evening , crashing my car , then to return and see it’s also been vandalised, Lewis smith came out to recover the vehicle , Lewis was kind and understanding and professional to the end , I can’t thank him enough for helping me the way he did , 5* for that man .

Richard rescued me with a low loader when the clutch went on my car in the Newark area. He was friendly, courteous and very professional. He took impeccable care of my car. I highly regard the service that Richard provided and can't thank him enough for the efficiency in which he delivered me to the garage with my car.

Fantastic service. Our recovery driver was called Richard; a really friendly man and extremely helpful from arrival until we dropped off the car at our destination. Credit to the company. Highly recommend Richford and if you get Richard, you’ll be in safe hands.

Attitude and service is totally appalling, was told 2 hours, then told 1 hour.. still waiting after 7 hours and the journey time is only an hour...
I hate lyers...

Not the first time this has happened.

RAC YOU SHOULDN'T USE COMPANIES WITH POOR ATTITUDE THAT CANT HANDLE THE WORK YOU SEND TO THEM.

David took great care of my vehicle, he went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly.

Weve been stuck today for over 12 hours 4 hours away from home. 2 lovely men from the company got us basically 3 hours closer to home while another company has been no help to us at all (a disabled woman and her PA) special shout out to the guys I gave little ducks too! (Wed been at a festival) You 2 were amazing and honestly helped us out so much! I believe your names were Chris and Aaron you guys were amazing!

An excellent service from Richfords last night.
Richard the driver was great, very professional. Completed the job without any stress.

I'm currently in a situation whereby I am having to arrange for a recovery company to recover my car from this recovery company as they won't tell me when they can drop my car off at a local garage which is waiting to conduct repairs on it. The garage is 3 miles from the compound!!!
Long story short, my vehicle broke down Wednesday late evening. Snapped spring, shredded tyre

RAC attended ,said I needed recovery so agreed for the following day.
Waited 7 hours with no contact the following day then when I explained that I need my car back Friday for a trip away, i start a new job monday for which i need my car and a garage is on standby to do the repairs. If they don't have it with them Friday morning they won't have time to repair it.
Rochford Motors turned up and the driver was fantastic.
He took it to the garage but this is where is gets confusing.
The recovery company said the garage told them to come back the following day , today, due to being late.
The garage phoned me asking where the car is at as they are waiting to start work on it!
Friday comes and the recovery company are saying they have my car In their compound, 3 miles from the garage that is waiting for it but they won't tell me when they can drop it off!
It's not hard advise a customer of an expected time of delivery so I can advise the garage who are only 3 miles away and waiting for it!
It's now 12:00! I'm waiting until 1330 then if no luck I'm going to have pay for another recovery company to recover my car from Richford recovery to get my car repaired on time!!!

Arrived at the given time, lovely driver Richard took great care of my vehicle. He was friendly and a very good recovery professional. I would recommend this company.

Wonderful service from start to finish... from the lady I initially spoke to on the phone (apologies I didn't catch her name) and Richard who came to recover my car. Couldn't fault either of them, they were both friendly, polite and incredibly helpful. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation much easier for me, it was very much appreciated.

Dave callinan- I was recovered on the M1 by Dave who was great. I found him very professionally, friendly and experienced in his field. Thank you for your help, I would highly recommend.

Waited hours for them to turn up. Spoke with lady around 9ish so said I would be collected at 9.40 heard nothing. Called rac at 11pm so said the driver could not locate or find me. No one called and no one drove in the car park I can see everyone coming in.

Dean from Richford Motors came out to us on Sunday via GreenFlag. Arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected, sorted out the issue and reassured me that our ongoing travel would be OK. Very friendly chap, can't fault the service provided.
